I have approximately a quarter acre, fully fenced in, well maintained yard. I have a 12 lb. dog. I don't use fertilizer or pesticides in the yard as we feed the local the critters. Plenty of birds, squirrels to chase, occasional rabbit. Outdoor Water available. Digging area (10'x10', Sand) Padded seating is available as well as shade. Welcome to Moo Moo Mesa! We are a 50-acre family owned/operated farm, with roughly 10 acres available for prime sniffs! The property: *Watch for Tractors* We are a working farm, and a tractor will come through 2-3/day to tend to the cows. Moo Moo Mesa is a unique farm space with a small pond/wetland area, butterfly way station, coniferous trees, farm field, and cows all connected by groomed trails! The trails are passable by foot or vehicle at all times, but not groomed on a regular schedule. The pond is mucky, but swimable for dogs so please use at your own discretion! Please respect marked boundary signs on trails. Cows: THE ELECTRIC FENCE IS HOT, THE GATES ARE NOT! Please feel free to walk up to the pasture gates anytime, the cows love visitors! They are very docile and curious, much like dogs. They are used to dogs being around, and are completely unbothered by four-legged friends saying hi 🥰

This spot was developed as a starting pen for beagles. Brush piles, food plots, and secure cover were established for rabbits. Elevated observation decks (use at your own risk) were built for dog owners to observe their dog working a running rabbit. This spot is designed for beagle use but is multi use for all breeds of dogs. This spot is located in the "country" with easy parking and access. There are very few distractions which allows you the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful experience on mowed trails with plenty of area to investigate, and plenty of scents to stimulate your dogs sniffer.

We have 80 acres in the mid-Michigan area. Our front 40 is partially fenced grass pasture for livestock. The back 40 is wooded and hosts almost 1 mile in walking paths with direct walking access to hundreds of acres of state land. Owners and pets will enjoy a beach, 1 acre pond for swimming and lots of wide open spaces for running. This property is not fenced and good recall is a must. We have chickens that free range around our yard and away from the designated area, but still within view. If your dog is strongly prey driven we cannot accommodate your request to use our land. We also are a Hipcamp host with 5 campsites located around the designated area. Upon arrival to the property there will be signs posted to guide you to the camp area. Please follow these signs to get to the area for parking and playing.

Being a dog trainer for over 40 years, I have put together a spot to help your dog build confidence, self awareness, and environmental socialization. We have also thrown in many different things to enhance your pups mental curiosity. You can test your dogs skills on many different things which will open up door to new enrichment games at home. We have over 5 acres, even if you don't want to do anything but walk.

Rural and wild

We have 8+ acres of wide open fields to run and enjoy. We have a 1/2 mile path marked out for a nice walk.

Beautiful 2.5 acres of land without a fence. There's cut grass, tall grass, and wooded area to explore. Have a bonfire while you're here at our dug out fire pit! Your dog is not allowed in the neighbor's yard, so please have good voice command over your dog or have them on leash for your woods walk.

14 acres for your dog to run and play! You can even access the White Pine Trail from our yard to go for a long stroll. Also, when it’s raining we have an indoor arena for off leash play.
