It’s a fully fenced yard, with partial 6ft white vinyl fence and partial with link fence. Part of the yard is grass, the other is cement. There is a gazebo with a seating bench, a table with chairs, hammock and a fridge with refreshments. We also have a flower bed, as well as a vegetable run along the sides. Lastly we have a fig tree, peach tree and grape vines. We work hard to make our yard very clean, comfortable and inviting.

Muddy Paws Rescue takes in over 1,000 dogs every year from shelters in NYC and other states (but don't worry, they all live in foster care so your pup can have the place to themselves!). By bringing your pup to our Sniffspot, your rental fee will go entirely towards our operations, helping to cover the cost of medical care, treats, toys, food, and so much more. So we decided to open it up for others to enjoy please bring your dog let him or her run around. It's a relatively quiet spot, so it's a great place to enjoy just you and your pup(s). The overhang and patio provide some cover and has a full sized table and chairs for human comforts! I'm usually home so if there is something you need while you're here, I'm more than happy to assist!

Private dog park for your pups! Approx half acre, fully fence 6’ aluminum fencing, with 3.75” between vertical rods. There may be some very small gaps (under 4”) under fencing as it was installed this year. Please do not allow your dog to dig. We are facing The Great Swamp wildlife refuge with various animals living behind us, so they may be tempted with scents. 😊 While there is secure fencing under the deck, please also do not allow your dog to dig and create gaps, for safety reasons. This is a private home, the bookings are allowing me to recover from this new fence for my greyhound mix. Please be respectful and do not let your dog urinate on the house, deck, deck stairs, etc. This is a beautiful location against the Great Swamp, and I’d like to share it with other four-legged friends. We just moved from nyc to have a yard, so I understand the importance of off-leash freedom! There is a small trash can at end of the carport (near back steps) for potty bags. Please pick up after your dog. We may be home, but we will not bother you. We are located on a dead end, and it is typically very quiet and peaceful here. You are welcome to park in my driveway (but please do not block in any cars). Thank you for considering our Sniffspot!
