Occasionally we’ll see wild turkeys and a few deer (and a gopher or squirrel here and there) but otherwise a dog roaming paradise. Easy to pull in and park (near the empty barn) and there are several shady spots around property. I have a dog bowl, some treats and a few balls but also acquiring some more toys. My WiFi extends to a few areas outside the house but cell reception is fine here.

Country Serenity Private Dog Park In Woodland

Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. Note: Current conditions are dry and the spot is 90% covered with medium bark to keep down the late season weeds. Please come prepared for these conditions. Note: On weekends during our olive harvest season (late October to early December) there will be workers in the orchard visible from the spot from time to time, quite a way away. Also, there may be cars parked near the spot parking area but these are our workers. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us. We love all dogs and welcome dogs of all shapes and sizes and hair types to visit; however we can only offer pool access for non-shedding pups, as long hair and fur was unfortunately causing damage to the pool equipment; If you are booking for more than one non-shedding dog swimming or for longer than an hour, please message us with info about your dog(s) and we will create an extra for you for the number of dogs you have swimming. Most visitors find the lawn size ample for running around and throwing a ball a bit, but if you are looking for a field to throw a tennis ball as far as you possibly can with a Chuck-it, the yard is not really the right size and shape for that, sorry!
