The lake is beyond the spot/property line. * Wildlife: deer and wild turkey are seen daily; you may also spot herons, raccoons, possums, squirrels, and songbirds. * Insects & plants: ticks and poison ivy may be present — please use normal outdoor precautions. * Parking: park near the barn, or by the carport in snowy conditions. Driveway and parking are gravel/dirt. * Water: a hose is available except during freezing months. * Guests must clean up after their dogs and stay within the backyard/play area for safety and comfort. 🔒 Security Cameras For safety, wildlife monitoring, and property protection, security cameras are located throughout Serendipity Woods, including the driveway, barn area, exterior of the house, and other outdoor points around the property. We also have indoor cameras inside our private residence, which are used for home security only and do not record or monitor any areas accessible to guests. Some cameras record both video and sound and may be triggered by motion activity. These are standard rural safety measures that help us stay aware of weather, wildlife, and property activity.
