Our play yard is full of activity for any pet to enjoy! We offer a sandpit for pets or kids to pay in, hanging rope toy, a few small climbing objects, a ramps, toys, and balls. We do have some small farm animals throughout the property but they are all secure in their areas. Our dogs will be inside during visits so owners and pets can enjoy their time in the yard without the distractions of our babies. We live in a very quite neighborhood that doesn't have much going on. Everything we offer is located on a cart at the entrance of the play yard.

We used a non-toxic dye in ponds  in early March to give shade for the large Koi. It helps protect them from the blue herring until the summer grass comes in. It has almost completely faded, and it’s safe for fish plants, domestic and wildlife just a little heads up. our grandchildren swim in it. So feel safe.

Run, Jump, Splash or Relax Allow your pup(s) to stretch their legs with our large fenced in yard. We have an extra picket aluminum fence on, safe for the little companions to enjoy too. We have a newly built swimming pool with a splash pad and a covered patio, which offers plenty of shade. Our covered patio has two ceiling fans, a gas fireplace, comfy patio furniture for five, an outlet for charging phones or laptops, WiFi available, and misting fan available upon request. We also have treats available on the patio for your doggo. We do have two medium size dog canopies, a chilly pad, numerous water and retrieivng toys for stretching those legs and tiring out your companion. *Please be respectful and courteous as this is our home* *Do not allow your dog(s) to bark excessively or at our neighbors, this is our home. *NO glass or alcohol allowed on property *NO smoking of any type *Please clean up after yourself *Thoroughly brush your pup(s) prior to swimming as to reduce the amount of hair in the pool. Privacy fence on both sides with a 4-5ft chain link around it. Back of the yard is only chain link in case you have a jumper. The back of the yard is partially wooded but plenty of space to run and play. I am an owner of 4 dogs of which 3 go in the back the 4th is a rescue with high anxiety and gets walked. I do have dogs on both side of me. One side is quiet the other are hounds that will bark or howl. Currently there is an above ground pool not covered and no deck around it only steps. The steps will be removed soon and it will be closed for winter. Great running space for any dog that needs to stretch there legs.

Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds and garden. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog. Poop bags are provided free of charge and found underneath the garden hose.

There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am.

Your playful pups will love the fully fenced backyard at my house that is centrally located at Milepost 6 in the Avalon Beach neighborhood of Kill Devil Hills! We are just one block away from the sound and the path that runs along Bay Drive. Our yard is surrounded on three sides by a 6-foot-tall wooden fence, and the fourth side is bordered by a 3.5-foot-tall wooden picket fence that faces the carport (for visibility to the carport and driveway). Bottled water is available at no charge for humans (and pups!) in a mini fridge in the carport, which you are also welcome to use to store your own beverages during your stay! Dog bowls, a mini trash can and doggie bags are also available in the backyard, as is a fire pit and seating you are more than welcome to enjoy!

Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Enjoy!
