We currently sit on 8 acres partially fenced in. The fence would keep the animals away from the highway and any other dangerous objects a good place to let your dog test out as full speed capability. Don’t worry about your dog getting loose off the leash as I have plenty of machines such as four wheelers to go catch them if they wander off, of course. please give me a call first at 402-968-4641 to make sure that I’m home and our furry friends can play.

I’m out there a lot throwing tennis balls and sticks, and tending to my flowers. There are still a few bare spots, where I’ll plant more grass seed, but I’ll have straw on top, in case we had rain. Table & chairs, outdoor shaded cemented patio w/ dog friendly furniture, hammock, saucer swing, swing set, picnic table, lots of trees for shade and relaxation, generally quiet neighborhood. My yard connects to 4 other neighbors yard, one has a medium schnauzer dog that can be in his yard at times and may bark, my other neighbor has chickens and large bunnies that can be seen sometimes. I have a Beagle dog and a cat that can be visible and audible at times as well. I provide doggie bags, toys, water, and sometimes even treats. Gate is located on the west side of the house. Please pick up your dog waste and dispose in blue doggie waste can located by the gate.

Right outside the gate is an open neighborhood walking trail with two parks for additional playtime if desired. Mainly for the owner, because Abi's will already provide plenty of energy run off area for the healthiest and happiest of pups! We can't wait to see you at Abi's!

5 acres of rolling Hills surrounded by Woodlands. The park area is kept mowed and has lots of room for your furry friend to run around. Secluded and peaceful.

Fully fenced, grass yard. 7400 ft.². Access to a water spicket. Sprinkler if you want to use it with your dog. Tolls if you want to dry them off after you use the sprinkler. Nice deck to relax on $10 per dog/hour. 

I have a fully fenced in back yard, privacy fence all around. We have a deck for people to sit on and kiddie pools in the yard for the pups! We break out the sprinkler when it’s warm enough! We are highly rated on Rover and on Wag!
