I have an enormous fenced-in yard. I’ve been working hard on getting it ready for doggy visitors. The ground can be a bit uneven, so please watch your steps. The gophers seems to dig holes faster than I can fill them, so running (for humans) is not advised. The best parking is at the corner and SniffSpot guests have their own gated entry at the far end of the property. Please don’t not park in front of the houses directly across the street, those neighbors are territorial about their parking spots and are not polite about it. If the private entrance is too steep for you or if the path is slick, please feel free to use the gates at the front of the house and garden entrance. The secondary gate just pushes away. The pup fountain can be used by turning on the faucet at the house, and you’re welcome to hook up and use the pup splash pad which is folded and placed on the doghouse.

Flat dry 1 1/2 to 2 acre field. Some of the grass is tall, some is cut short. In the early mornings and evenings deer can be spotted in the field. A steep dense wooded hill borders one side of the field and a grass and tree covered hill that borders the road is on the other side. THERE IS NO FENCE. This a great spot to come out and run or play fetch!

Fully fenced in backyard with “puppy bars” so it will keep both big and small dogs in! Mix of shade and sun. Perfect place if you have reactive dogs that you would like to let run off leash and gets lots of sniffs of trees & plants and chase a couple birds. We do have 3 dogs that will be inside while your dogs are there. *PLEASE READ* We clean our yard as often as we can but we cannot guarantee that there will be no poop/ toys in the yard, especially on short notice, as we have 3 dogs of our own that are out often when guests are not here. We ask that you do not go on the deck but feel free to swing in the swing!

Our pup Titus loves to have zoomies and play fetch in the yard and we hope your pup does as well! There is usually parking right in-front of our home and then you will enter through the side gate in the back. Human bathrooms available if needed!

This little slice of heaven is a total of 12 acres, to include a small lake. Once you enter the property, your pup/s can enjoy spacious flat areas with short grass bordered by tall landscaping. Head to the woods for a beautiful nature walk on natural paths. You may see some wildlife such as deer, turkey, ducks, groundhogs.... even beavers in the lake. We have a spigot, hose & even towels available if your furr baby ventures into the water. Patio table and chairs available in the front yard. We will always have a bowl of water for your baby! Large play area for dogs on dead end street over looking city of Pittsburgh. School and park close by very quiet and can park off street. No dogs close by but may see some deer and groundhogs etc. and some cats. Yard is unfenced and has pear tree in center. I’m just trying this so as it gets used will be happy to make a nice, safe secluded area to sit back and enjoy.

We have a beautiful large fenced in backyard just adjacent to a wooded area. Plenty of shade available. Plenty of parking in our driveway. And, we have Leo who is a social 3 year old 40lb mini Newfypoo who is willing to come out and play with you, if desired. Fence and driveway were just upgraded last summer, so come play and enjoy! Please note that there are 3 gate entrances (2 more in addition to the one you will enter from the driveway; one along the woods and another on the side of the house). We regularly check to ensure that the gates are latched but please be sure to double check yourself as sometimes we are not home in between visitors. The fence is otherwise secure throughout.

We are dog people and this app was meant for us! Husband and wife owned and operated. Visit our tucked-away acre in the woods with a shallow creek and a fenced in area designed for escape artists. Come after a rainstorm and enjoy our private little waterfall! Agility equipment, treats, and toys can be left out upon request at no extra charge!

Dogs that are aggressive towards people ARE NOT WELCOME. I was just attacked while gardening in my front yard by a sniffspot persons dog. & I’m simply grateful my kids where not home. We ARE NOT a theropy location for aggressive dogs. Come join our journey as we restore, our newly purchased 247 year old farm, in 84 PA. We are replanting the riparian buffer to keep our waterways clean & beautiful. Planting hundreds of trees to create habitat for wildlife. & have planted thousands of jaw-dropping cute flowers.
