We recently built our home on farm land that has been passed down throughout generations. The whole farm is 76 acres, we subdivided 5 acres off for our house and we planted a 1.6 acre yard. Our dogs and boys love to run our yard together and we hope you will enjoy it as well!

Our quiet, fully fenced (6’ privacy fence) 1 acre yard offers a variety of dog & human friendly spaces. There’s a secure entrance to the yard from a large circle driveway. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade. There’s plenty of dog toys and various water bowl zones.

Lots of stuff to sniff... deer and squirrels seen daily. Springs that the dogs can drink from. Extra trailmarkers added to help you navigate. Lots of fun for your puppers and peace of mind for you, while we do have neighbors, there won't be close encounters but you may hear them on occasion, or see them driving past, though it is very private we are not completely isolated. Our sniff spot is a fully fenced in area that is a great place to be with your dog !!!! There is some ferny rock climbing for the adventurous and some areas where your dog will enjoy running around ! This is 6ft fence .8 grassy and trees private backyard. Your dogs will have plenty of space to run and play. At the moment I am improving the amenities such as future fire hydrant for dogs to peep ;) I know but it is needed… if there is a need to create a agility training park I would love to do that as well, so if there are any people who need to train their dogs off leash and need secure/ Safe area to work with a dog I think my backyard is the place. I train my dogs for conformation so I know how important is the quiet safe space to get dogs to focus on work. I am open to suggestions from visitors. During summer months I have gazebo on the deck for shelter and garden Forniture. Water for dogs and trash can for waste.
