Now available 5 acres of play! Our play area features a 2 acre unfenced mowed and maintained yard. Also included is 3 acres of unmaintained creek bottom. Dog are more than welcome to take a dip in the creek as long as you are willing to walk through the high grass to supervise! Surrounding the property is a 20 acre wheat field. Be aware that if a dog were to go in the wheat they will not be visible so dog must be able to be recalled. The wheat is not around all year and once harvested the extra 20 acres is free game for play. Our area is prone to ticks and we recommend checking pets immediately after returning home from their day of play. On the property is also outdoor cats, 2 dogs (that will remain indoors during your play period) and free range ducks so please consider how your dogs will react as we know things happen but would not like them to chase or go after these animals.

Lots of fun for your puppers and peace of mind for you, while we do have neighbors, there won't be close encounters but you may hear them on occasion, or see them driving past, though it is very private we are not completely isolated. I know how difficult it was when I lived in my apartment to get my dogs out and running to exhaust some of their pent up energy. I loved when I saw this app and knew I could offer that space, away from other dogs like at the dog park for anyone to let their dogs run and have fun without the stress of being in a busy social environment. Welcome to our fenced yard where you can let your dogs run off leash and get some of their crazy energy out! *We do have a small chicken coop where you can see my flock. They are not able to get out and are secured during every visit.

We offer 7 acres of wooded land for your pooch to run and discover! We have several well cleared & well kept trails to hike on , a campsite with fire pit and a large dog pen available if your pooch needs a time out .... We encourage all dogs to start out on lead until comfortable with the terrain and area as wildlife likes to visit our woods! All dogs should be off leash trained to come on command before allowing them to run free... In the summer we have a small pool for your fur a y to cool off in, dog toys are always available, and water is kept at campsite for your pet to rehydrate ....we also offer poop bags and have a trash can available to dispose your doggies doodoo in properly....towels ate available in vase your pup tolls in mud or anything mud like!

I have a roughly 800 square ft yard with fencing all around. 😊 I also have a bench, chairs, and firepit available for use (must bring own wood). My porch is screened in as well with seating and a table, but I would appreciate extra notice if you plan to be up there using it. There is also parking for 1 car in front of the gate to the yard (which is the entry/exit), and a playground also directly across the street ! You are welcome to come in and use my restroom if I am home, otherwise there are porta potties by the playground. The trash can is by the road. (Yellow lid is recycling)

There is a ramps for dogs rc cars to play on . Horses do go buy a lot .

Its a decent size yard with plenty of flat space for dogs to run. We had a dog who recently died, we are not ready to get a new dog but would love to see our yard played in .
