Welcome to our sniff spot here in Altoona! Our sniff spot offers a shaded patio with seats, a porch swing, a cooler for drinks, table and dog toys available! We have roughly 2,500sqft for your doggers to enjoy that is fully fenced! We do have a neighbor that has two of her own dogs that can be heard and sometimes visible, as well as three of our own dogs that could be heard, but not visible in our home. We hope that you enjoy your visit to our sniff spot and recommend us to family and friends!

Five acres of open grassy area of an 11 acre hobbyfarm. Mostly mowed to lawn but about an acre is taller for hay that can be explored. Property has beautiful frontage on Fishing Creek for a swim and plenty of trees to explore. (Hight of hay and creek level vary by season and weather) For humans, there is a pavilion with chairs, table and grill and a fire pit with wood to enjoy also. I do my best to provide a clean, prepared space for you and your dogs. Toys, clean tables, bottled water and additional water for washing will be available. There is a hose at my house that you may use however, there is no access allowed into my home including to the restroom. There are facilities at the local store one mile away.

Bring your own toys, or we'll leave some out for you and your pooch to enjoy! This property is 5 acres of mostly open space about 1 acre is wooded that lines the property. We do have a barn where we keep chickens. We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have a 2-year-old toddler who loves all animals. We also have 2 huskies, and 1 outside cat. We also offer doggy daycare and overnight boarding if you need those services.

This is an extension of Tina’s Dog House SniffSpot, but for dogs who can play off leash in an open field & woods without full fencing. Or if you just want to walk your dog on leash. Approximately 4 acres including woods, the field borders only 2 neighbors with acreage & no dogs. There is no road or traffic. The property sits back off of a dead end road. You will access the field from the right side of the upper driveway before you get to the gate. Park in the grass and walk back over the hill behind the small garage. All of that area is mine too, but it’s also closest to neighbors. You’ll have more privacy and your pup will have less distractions if you go down back. You will be permitted to use the field beyond the fenced yard only, because there may be other SniffSpot customers paying for the fenced yard at the same time. If you have concerns about another dog being inside the fence, feel free to message me first and if it’s not booked, I can block the calendar for the time you want to use the field so no other dogs or people are here inside the yard. I do also have a small dog friendly BnB and on some days there may be other dogs here. I ask guests to keep their dogs inside during your visit. In spring, summer, & fall I will have a hose run down to the fence and water bowls for the dogs. I can provide some seating in the shade for you as well.
