Pond in the Pines

Our space is roughly 2 fenced-in acres. 1 acre is a field, and the other is a 1-acre surface area pond. This pond is between 1 - 7 feet deep in some places, so dogs love swimming and running around. The pond is safe for pups to swim in and drink from! We have 10 dogs of our own who LOVE to play in the pond, so we make sure it is as safe as we can. There are no Gators, Snappers, or Blue/Green Algae! We DO have chickens and ducks on the property, but they will be fenced in a separate area during any visits. Please know that we are a very new Sniffspot! We are always working on making things better. Please let us know if you need anything! Parking is on grass, not on concrete. Parking is between the fence and the bush. This spot is not handicap accessible due to the terrain. Please note we DO HAVE A CAMERA in our field for wildlife protection. The host came out to introduce herself and was so kind, she then left me be to train my dog for the hour. The space has a lot of room for a dog to run, we mostly used it for off leash training. There are some friendly neighbors who didn’t bother my dog at all & there were two tiny dogs outside across the street that went on and off barking at my dog. If you left their direct line of sight (which is easy), they stopped barking. There was more than enough room in the yard for me to avoid them so they wouldn’t bark. Overall a great experience & I will be returning!!

My dog had so much fun and definitely will be sleeping good tonight. There was lots of space for Grizzly to run, sniff, and play fetch and it was super clean. There’s a hose for water and a waste bin and scoop if you need it. AnneMarie offered Grizzly a complimentary bone as we were heading out which he really appreciated!! We will definitely be back!!

Always a fun time in this yard. Nice, large area to roam with the pups. Great exercise opportunity for them. Have met the host a couple of times and she couldn’t be nicer. This is my favorite Sniffspot.

We had a great time. There are a few cactuses in the grass that you have to watch out for. Our dogs didn’t seem bothered by them! Huge yard with lots of toys and things to sniff! Our dogs really enjoyed it.

First time visiting and it wont be the last!!! What a great spot!!! My older dog loved sniffing all around the huge yard and taking breaks in the shady areas. For younger pups there's some agility training things, a pool and lots of tennis balls and room to run! If you love your dog, treat them with a trip to AnnMarie's!!! ♥️♥️♥️

The dogs had such a great time! They were pent up with energy the ride there, but on the way home it was silence. Annemarie was very kind and offered us tennis balls and use of the very nice dog pool on the property, which the dogs were very happy to use. The fence is nice and secure and tall enough that my older Husky didn't consider jumping - not even to greet the little white terrier dog across the street! Our GSD is dog reactive and I thought that it might bother him when he started to bark, but it's a big distance across the road and he was far more interested in smelling and playing. The neighbors were outside but made sure their little girl didn't roam near the fence, which we appreciated because the dogs don't have much kid exposure. All in all, we will definitely be back again! Thanks again for having us!

Rhea and Juno had the best time!! They loved running and playing in the huge play area. Their favorite was the doggie pool! Our host had everything set up and ready for them when we got there. Even included free meaty bones, when much they gobbled up. Thank you so much and we will be back :)

This was our first sniffspot and it was awesome!! Only a few miles from our house and it offered a large roaming area for our two very active dogs. There was a pool and sprinkler which were already hooked up and ready to go! The host had toys, water bowls, and an interactive agility set up. I would recommend this sniffspot!! **as with most houses, this spot did have neighbors and other pups across the street- we did leave a few minutes early once those pups came out but that’s only because our dogs are very reactive, which we are always prepared for!!*

Each time the dogs have a fantastic time! We come from NE Columbia just to enjoy this spot and we typically combine it with a little hike through Peach Tree Rock Preserve to enjoy the waterfall, which is literally just down the road. Couldn't ask for better!

this was my first experience with sniffspot and it was great! my dog KC LOVED this spot!! the host was incredibly friendly and she gave KC a treat which was so kind. the area is very open with agility items and toys! the sprinkler and the pool were both up and working and the pool was very clean. def recommend!! will be back!!

Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
