Great place for nervous dogs because our neighbors do not have pets. Plenty of birds and squirrels. Several sitting areas. Under the porch you have protection from the rain. We have also just added a cloth greenhouse that you can use to stay dry and a bit warmer. There is so many spots of shade from the many trees. A little spot of heaven in a beautiful city.

Hi!! Come bring your pets to play in our private yard! We have our own pets as well, four German Shepherds. They can either be out and about with your dogs (up to you) or they can be put away. Our property is 40 acres. About half of it is wetlands and you will most likely not be able to walk it, though you’re more than welcomed to try! We have a portion of our yard fenced in specifically for the dogs, the rest is not fenced. If you’d like to walk in the woods you may do so, but if your dog is not well trained I would keep him/her on a leash during that period just as a precaution since you don’t know the area. We have two fire pits, one near the house and one in the clearing in the woods. You may use either one if you’d like. There is a hammock set up in the clearing as well, and seating (nothing fancy though) Next to the house, we have a bench swing, a table and chairs, a tree swing, and a yoga hammock on the tree. You may use any of these while your dog runs around :) We have a hose in the fenced in area and this can be used at any time for your dog for drinking water. During the summer, it will be attached to a sprinkler as well. We also have a kiddie pool for our pups during the summer. The grass in the yard used to be luxurious, however it has become muddy as one of my dogs is a digger. So PLEASE be aware of this if it is raining ! I know it drives me crazy and I don’t want you to be upset ! Let me know if you have any questions or concerns :-)

Your pets are welcome to use the tree house to run up and down from as ours do. You can fill up the kids pool for a cool down, sit and watch your pet explore and burn up some of that brain energy while sniffing every corner of our fenced in yard. The open field and trees behind us allows for wild friends to also entertain you at times. No direct neighbours have pets, so you and your fur babies can enjoy our space without stress. You are welcome to leave your pets mess that you have picked up in the bin available to you and please be sure to close the gates and ensure that it is well latched as you enter and as you leave. You are welcome to site and watch from the lower deck, from the fire pit area or while sitting in a muskoka chair on the stone patio. We just ask that the upper deck remain close and off limits to you and your pet as our own pets are most likely inside watching. We understand some dogs prefer to have to have a human friend vs a fur friend, and that is okay with us as our fur babies prefer us over fur friends as well. Please leave the space as you found it, if something get broken please pick it up and let us know so that we can be sure to check it before our pets go play outback.
