Welcome to “Pep’s place”, Santa Rosa’s premier Sniffspot location. Located in the heart of Santa Rosa “Peps place” offers more than 1.25 acres of fully fenced dog Paradise. Dedicated to our late great German Shepherd Pepper, this was her favorite spot to chase a ball. We are always upgrading our amenities, we will be shut down for the next week so we can install more fencing and more rock along the driveway in efforts to keep this spot open through the winter.

I have 3.66 acres completely fenced, with multiple different areas that have table/chairs and off the ground dog beds. It is 1/3 mile to walk around the perimeter with animal trails around most of the borders. There are two water faucets in the entry way with a hose and two children’s swimming pools, dog toys and treats, and a dog waste station. Lots of photo ops with garden art, birdbaths and yard flags. Amazing views of the mountains, Clear Lake and Mt. Konocti around the property, especially on the hill. The pond in the property north of mine has an Osprey nest and you can see them flying over to the lake to fish. Lots of birds and wildlife visit the property. My lower area did have a seasonal pond last winter. The property is truly a peaceful sanctuary for dogs, and their owners.

This open area is great for active pups to get a free run, walk around the perimeter, or fetch super long ball throws! Your pup can jump on the large boulders and run to their hearts content. Perfect for off-leash training. Large oaks line the East fence and a winter swale will have water after it rains. Beautiful sunsets to the West over the vineyards, Mt. Jackson and the Coastal Range. Neighboring properties have horses, sheep, cows, and dogs. Please discourage your pup digging around the pavilion and trees. Parking is at the top of the property. Approximately 1/4 acre (just short about 100sq/ft) in Santa Rosa; lots of shade, grass, squirrels to bark at or chase in trees, and lots to sniff around! Poop can, bags, and shovel available; please use if your Pupper leaves a dropping.

A freshly laid gravel driveway and parking area is provided along with various seating areas, and a hose for washing off the mud.
