55First visit to the spot, easy to find where to go, my dog was sniffing everywhere by the end he was definitely tired. Outdoor toys available or bring your own. She’s an active large breed pup so she really needs to run and burn off energy but busy dog parks are just too much for her right now. We were so thrilled to see her running and playing in a stress free environment! The space was clean and well kept and there are lots of balls and a “stick library” for the dogs to chase and play with. The yard was large enough for the dogs to play and run but also small enough to work on some recall training. (Once the pup gets better at that we’ll try the larger space for a trail walk). We brought our two dogs out for the first time and they had a blast. One of our dogs is a rescue who had very little socialization and is quite a nervous girl. It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
