Welcome! We have added some new toys and water bowls by the hose, to the left of the property upon walking in. *Effective Tuesday October 18th 2024, we will be unable to provide water from the hose as our system is getting shut off for the winter. Thank you for understanding. With it getting darker out earlier, just a note that our yard is pretty dark and it is not well lit. Just to keep in mind for evening bookings!

Only open for use on WEEKENDS AND AFTER 6pm on weekdays as we are a full time doggie daycare but now open for weekend self service playtime! 1.2 acres with carports for shade, pitchforks and poop bucks so no need to remember a bag and buckets to use for water! ( water from building across the street) enjoy!

Prepare you and your pups for a day in paradise. Welcome yourselfs to a fully fenced yard, located right on Browns pond, in Peabody. This space is highly maintained and the lawn will always be cut, there is plenty of space for you and your pups to run free and feel themselves. If your pups likes to swim we highly encourage you guys to take a dip in the pond, Browns Pond is a natural pond located in Peabody that covers an area of about 28 acres. It's known for its exquisite beauty. You can also relax, our place provides plenty of seating arrangements and we recommend for u to bring your fishing rod if you wish. This place also provides treats, a water bowl and a hose so if your pups decide they want to go swimming we highly recommend cleaning your dog off. We love our space so much and we would love for you to get that experience too.

The yard is completely fenced in. There is a huge clearing for ball throwing and running, as well as woods further back for adventures. This yard has everything a dog could want. People find it pretty awesome too!!! Update: hose water is turned off for the winter otherwise the pipes freeze. It will be turned back on in spring!

Roughly 0.5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Northbridge, located on a beautiful vintage horse farm. Please keep dogs leashed at all times outside of the Sniffspot fence. Farm animals are in view. Park along the first fence line on the right of the driveway, and enjoy our nice flat paddock! Please do not come up the property past the garden, we do have cameras for safety.

UNDER RENOVATIONS: Please excuse our appearance as we upgrade the enrichment course for the K9s we serve here. We hope to complete the renovations with new enrichment programs and fun coursework later this summer. Please check with your accountant as we are a Non-Profit Registered, and the money we make from your visits 100% goes to healing these amazing K9s. DOG PARK USE REGULATIONS Sec. 26-101. - Use regulations. 1) Dogs entering the park must be at least six months of age; (2) Dogs must be accompanied by a guardian at least 18 years of age; (3) Individuals between the ages of ten and 17 years must be accompanied by an adult, age 18 years or older; (4) Dogs must display a municipal dog license and current vaccination tag; (5) Dogs may be leash free once within the confines to the park's second gate; (6) Guardians must have voice control over their dogs at all times; (7) Guardians must immediately clean and properly dispose of waste; (8) Guardians must remain hands free for supervision and safety; (9) All dogs must be either spayed or neutered; (10) All dogs entering the park must display a dog park tag issued annually by the director of park, recreation and community services or the director of park, recreation and community services designee. Applicants for a dog park tag shall sign a waiver of liability and an agreement to abide by park rules and present proof of current spay/neuter and vaccination status and dog license for the dog prior to the issuance of a dog park tag. The director of park, recreation and community services, in concert with the animal control officer, shall determine the number of dog park tags to be issued each year; and (11) Owners are responsible and liable for the actions of their dogs. Sec. 26-102. - Prohibitions. (1) Guardians may not supervise more than three dogs at one time; (2) Dogs deemed dangerous pursuant to city ordinance Chapter 8, section 8-66 are prohibited; (3) Cigarette smoking within the enclosed park is prohibited; (4) Dogs displaying aggressive behavior may be immediately removed from the park by the animal control officer or the animal control officer's designee; (5) Children's toys and sporting equipment are prohibited within the fenced area of the park; and (6) Due to health and safety concerns, children under the age of ten are prohibited from within the fenced area of the park.

Rules and Regulations for Chelmsford Dog Park 1. The Town of Chelmsford (or its agent) shall not be liable for any injury or damage caused by dogs or handlers. Owners/handlers are responsible for any injuries caused by the dogs under their control. The dog park area is for dogs, owners/handlers and those accompanying them. 2. Hours: Dawn to Dusk. 3. Dogs are to be kept on a leash (not exceeding 6 feet) when outside the dog park fenced in areas. Do not have your dog unleashed between your vehicle and the gated entrance. Leash and unleash your dog inside the dog park, not in the double gated holding area. Do not open the outside gate if the inside gate is open. Be patient. 4. Owners/handlers must carry leash at all times. 5. No animals other than dogs permitted. 6. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 6 years of age are not permitted within the park. Handlers must be 16 years of age or older. 7. Scoop your poop! Owner/handler must immediately clean up after their dog. Owner/handler must have in their possession an adequate number of bags, or other appropriate device, for removal of their dog’s waste. 8. A maximum of two dogs per owner/ handler are allowed in the park at one time. 9. Aggressive dogs are not allowed. If your dog becomes rough or unruly or exhibits aggressive behavior towards people or other dogs, leash him or her and leave the park immediately. • Dogs with a history of aggressive behavior, as determined by the animal control officer, will have park privileges revoked. • Dogs must display current license and must be properly inoculated, healthy (no contagious conditions, and parasite free. In the event of a dog bite or injury the owner/handler must exchange current tag info and phone numbers. • All bites must be reported to Animal Control at (978) 256-0754 10. Female dogs in any stage of heat are not permitted in the park. 11. No puppies under 4 months of age are allowed in the park. Puppies under this age are not fully vaccinated and are vulnerable to disease and injury. 12. Do not bring strollers, carriages, baby carriers, bicycles, skate boards, scooters, children’s toys, or dog toys into the park. 13. Owner/handler must repair all holes dug by their dog under their supervision. 14. Owner/handler must be in verbal control of their dog at all times. 15. Owner/handler must remain in the park and keep their dog within view at all times. 16. No commercial use of the dog park is allowed without prior agreement, including dog training classes, doggie daycare, dog walkers and/or advertisements. • Training space is available for rental. • Please contact the Town of Chelmsford by following the instructions on this booking form and PDF. 17. The dog park will be closed periodically throughout the year for maintenance.

BUTLER FARM BARK PARK RULES & REGULATIONS HOURS OF OPERATION ARE DAWN TO DUSK Enter the Bark Park at your own risk • Owners are legally and financially liable for any damage or injury caused by their dogs All dogs must wear a current Butler Farm Bark Park member tag • Only member dogs are permitted to use the dog park. All dogs must also wear a valid town license and be up-to-date on rabies vaccination. Pick up and dispose of all dog waste • Please use the mutt mitt dispensers and waste containers. If you happen upon waste that a previous owner failed to clean up, you should pick it up yourself. We are all responsible for keeping the park clean. No Food • No food (including dog treats), alcoholic beverages or glass containers are permitted within the dog park. Your dog may not be food aggressive, but others may be. Smoking is prohibited within the dog park. Remove pinch, choke collars and leashes once within the fenced-in area Never leave your dog unattended • Owners must remain with and be in control of their dog at all times. Dogs shall not harass people, dogs or wildlife who may be in the park. If your dog is exhibiting threatening behavior (i.e. mounting, excessive barking, growling), you and your dog must immediately leave the park. To minimize fighting, no dogs in heat are allowed in the park until one week after estrus. No sick dogs or puppies under the age of 4 months • Do not bring a dog into the dog park that you know to be ill with a viral infection, a parasitic infection or have open wounds. Dogs under 4 months of age are also prohibited. Puppies under 4 months of age usually do not have fully developed immune systems and have not completed a full program of vaccinations.
