This is a newly fenced in grass yard with plenty of space for your pup to play and run around. As dog owners ourselves, we built a secure fenced in area for her to run around. We’d love to share that space with you and your pups. You will have full access to .74 acres of grassy land. Bring a blanket and watch them run or get in on the fun and throw a frisbee around. Either way, we hope your dogs love our space. Our space is great for reactive dogs to run carefree. We are approximately 1.5 miles off the Thruway which makes a great spot for traveling dogs to stretch their legs. There will be a SniffSpot sign marking the entrance to the space. Simply pull up on the latch on top of the gate. The gate will swing outward. Feel free to pull all the way down the driveway if you prefer.

The agility yard is a great way to give your pet physical and mental enrichment while strengthening the bond between you. Safety is paramount, so you’ll find our Agility Yard enclosed by a four-foot fence. However, if your dog happens to be an enthusiastic jumper, we recommend visiting the Athens Bunker Hill Dog Park, offering an open and adequately fenced space to accommodate their energy. While enjoying the Agility Yard, please note that there’s a road nearby. For your pet’s safety and the safety of others, keep your pet leashed when entering and exiting the yard. The road sees regular foot traffic, with people walking, dog-walking, and cycling. Passersby may pause to admire your training efforts. Respect for the environment is crucial—remember to CLEAN UP after your pet. Doggie bags are conveniently available on the fence, and you can dispose of waste in our designated garbage receptacle. If your pet happens to dig, please fill in any holes they create. To ensure everyone’s safety, please refrain from using any of the equipment; it’s exclusively for animals. We also emphasize the importance of gentle training methods—excessive force will not be tolerated. Most pets are eager learners, so patience is key. If you’re interested in learning effective training techniques, feel free to reach out for a quick lesson based on my experience with my own dogs. Come enjoy the beautiful scenic view of Schoharie Valley! You and your pup can enjoy our 55 acres of fields and woods! There is a small stream that runs through the woods for you and your pup to enjoy! Multiple wildlife roam the property! If possible, I like to meet new guests first just to give them a lay of the land! I’ll provide you with a Google image of the property so you know the boundary lines! I also print out a list of local dog friendly eateries as well as other small cafes and shops locally! I provide a garden hose to rinse your pup off if they get a little muddy! And towels to dry them off! I typically have out a few tennis balls amongst other toys as well! And some treats for your pup to enjoy! 😊 Can’t wait for you to come explore Boreali Farms!

We have 10 acres of field, two areas for off leash fun!! One is a field that has some pathways cut through and the other is an open horse field that’s not currently in use. There is also a small pond that our lab loves to swim in.

Welcome to our English countryside-esque dog walking area! Located near the amazing Catskills, in the Poconos. We are located 11 min from beautiful Calicoon NY, 14 min from Honesdale PA, 28 min from Narrowsburg NY, and many more wonderful vacation, recreation and restaurant spots along the Delaware river! We have nearly 8 acres of rewilded pasture with dog walking paths throughout that connect through miniature woodland paths (keep your eyes peeled during the summer months, we have raspberries, black raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, mint, and cattails on the paths to munch, and apples in fall, from over 100 year old heritage varieties! We just ask that you do not pick from the new baby orchard trees, they are individually fenced and easy to see). As well as natures treats throughout, we have a miniature maze in progress for little dogs & kids, a dip-able creek for dogs & humans, and a nice size pond that is swim friendly for dogs only (step in only friendly recommended for humans). These are the paths we walk our three dogs on, and we can attest to their love and enjoyment! There is a picnic table, electrical outlet and chairs by the pond, and sitting rocks by the creek near the bridge on most days the rewilding isn’t too wild. This is not fully fenced, but dogs that can be walked off leash are welcome to run. We are surrounded by a hill and guardrail on the road side, a creek on the back side with a neighboring property beyond that, and a hedge/manmade stream on the other, so it is good for trained dogs to leap around free in! Small dogs are welcome in our small fenced in area if needed to run around off leash and are not comfortable in the field off leash (just pick up after them especially in the garden). This is a rural area, but we rarely have wildlife sightings during the day due to our location on a main road, and our 3 dogs. Mostly bald eagles in spring. I’ve never heard of any issues because we have plenty of natural food sources for the eagles, but be cautious if you have a miniature breed loose in the field. Two of our 3 dogs are very well behaved nearly 10 year old lab collie mixes who love playing and run off leash. So if you want some play time for your pup, they would love to join! Our younger dog unfortunately is a stubborn Anatolian Shepherd who if loose would go looking for neighborhood chickens in lieu of playing, so she will wait her turn for after your visit no matter the request. This is a small starter orchard of heritage fruit, and our family home with children, so someone dog or human will be home most days. Please let us know if you would like to use the fenced in garden/yard area completely free of human activity, as well as the standard dog-free. We want to make sure your dogs time here suits their needs. For anyone with non-social dogs especially, we are happy to book when we are not home for your peace of mind, just let us know! We are always dog free from sight (but not always sound in the garden/yard area, but we do try.) Playtime with our dogs can be requested to wear out your pup (this can be provided human free as well, our dogs are call friendly even with strangers). We have goats, chickens and piggies but they will not be in the yard during your doggo’s play time! Although there may be a chicken or two in the yard. They are excellent escape artists! Our animals are very chill and are very used to humans and dogs (we have three).

This is truly a private dog park! This fenced area is not connected to my house, nor is it visible from our house windows (only one bathroom window facing that way). It’s also not visible from the road or neighbors. For safety, there are double gates at the entrance. The area is mostly grassy except for a turf covered area that is prone to mud. Basic items are available like a dish for water, towels, a lawn chair, poop bags, a paw cleaner, long lines and a shovel to throw poo in the woods. Also, there are 2 trees for shade, a hose available, a sprinkler and 2 kiddie pools for your use. This area is used for my dog walking business a few hours per week but is available otherwise.

Welcome to our small piece of heaven! We have a pack of 6 dogs and have a wonderful yard they very much enjoy. We went many years living in town, never letting our dogs off leash. Now we want to share our blessing with our community. My pack is fully separated and kept inside during yard use. We just want everyone to have the joy of seeing thier dog run!

We have about an acre of lawn space, with access down a short incline to a shallow rocky brook. There’s 20 acres of woods in the back that is able to be explored, with small streams and deer tracks. Lots of smells of woods animals, turkeys etc… The road is across the stream.

There is also and small fenced in area that can be used for those dogs who would like something more intimate. There are chickens on the property but they do not bother.
