Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! Plenty of shade, and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fire table, fetching sticks, and toys. Come visit our large backyard smack dab in the center of Marietta, between Sprayberry and Lassiter High School! Available to you are dog toys, mosquito repellent, citronella candles, hose, trash can, sprinkler, pooper scooper, poop buckets, TWO kid pools, and comfortable seating for up to 8 people! Parking is available in the driveway to the left of the shed, and entrance to the yard will be to your right. We are working on perfecting the walkway. Let me know if you have any questions! No frills. This yard is a wonderful place for dogs to play and run. Owners can sit in the swing while dogs run and play. It's a great place to throw the Chuckit! (provided), as your dog(s) can really stretch their legs in a full-out run. We love it here, and we hope you do too. There are security cameras monitoring the driveway and gate into the property for your protection. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely bark when you pull up. Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the hill. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself.
