Our home is down a quiet road that ends on a cul de sac, you may park in the driveway or the street. There are 2 available gates on either side of the house. Beyond the gates, you will find a basic family yard. Grass is trimmed. There's a play-set, a welcoming patio, and a few chairs around a fire pit. It's a great space to throw a ball or sit and let your dog explore. We do have neighbor dogs that may say hi at the fence. Message me if you need wifi or have any questions! Welcome to our sniff spot here in Altoona! Our sniff spot offers a shaded patio with seats, a porch swing, a cooler for drinks, table and dog toys available! We have roughly 2,500sqft for your doggers to enjoy that is fully fenced! We do have a neighbor that has two of her own dogs that can be heard and sometimes visible, as well as three of our own dogs that could be heard, but not visible in our home. We have a lovely park for your furry pals to PAWrk their Paws, Wag with the windmill and generally run amok. We have our own doggos and they love our space. Our girlies (2 female Labrador Retrievers) have an electric fence to keep them closer to the house, and if you desire we can extend a collar ($2 each) to you to use while you are on site as we do have our flags up. But only if you feel the need and are confident your furbaby will recognize the flags as the (much smaller) boundary. Our property backs up to our neighbors who almost all have dogs. The fencing is complete where it meets our dog neighbors, but the rest of the area is currently un-fenced, or the fence is not a solid barrier. As we build and grow we will be adding amenities such as a fully fenced play space, gravel parking directly adjacent to the spot, and much more. Perhaps some PAWrkour? A fire pit? We'd love to hear what would interest you the most!

Hello! We would love to have you use our space, kept up on grass fully fenced yard, sidewalks for walking! we have one dog who doesn’t bark so yours won’t even see him! Off street parking. Bring some of your favorite toys or use some of ours!

Close to Interstate 70 and U.S. Route 40 between Frederick and Hagerstown. Rural, rustic, partially wooded, farm field like setting. Deer trails and a hill. Creek access. Deer, squirrels, rabbits, wild turkeys may be spotted in addition to a panoramic view of the cattle field across the road. Please pack in water and food and pack out any garbage. Bring camp chairs, if you plan an extended visit. Available dawn to dusk, no lighting. you have Verizon and AT&T, you should have access to phone and tablet capabilities. Additional amenities, for both dogs and people, to be added.
