Fun and safe private play yard. There is a baby pool filled by rain but with minimal non-chlorine shock. I recently added a larger pool (10’ x 6’ x 26” deep) Agility items are just for fun and are not standard. A tunnel, three jumps and a teeter totter and a children’s slide make up a fun obstacle course. The gazebo offers shade for Dogs, inclusive of two Dog beds inside. The toy box is just inside the gazebo, as is the supply . Cedar bags are strewn throughout the yard to help repel fleas/ticks and off white powder is found in some spots, it’s food grade diatomaceous earth. The yard is also sprayed with neem oil to repel bugs. Only all natural safe products are used and I request that no chemicals, pesticides etc be used in the space. A larger above ground pool is slightly extra due to maintenance expenses. It’s 10’ x 6.5’ x 24” deep. Ground is uneven in some places. It’s okay to let your Dogs dig OTHER THAN along the fence line. Provided in a storage container for guest use- -water bowl and water, -spare long line and leads to borrow, -flea/tick/mosquito repellant -poop bags. Toy box is just inside the gazebo. There is also a treat dispenser for only 25 cents for a small handful of treats. Please do not use the fire pit as it needs far more than an hour to safely extinguish any fire safely. Park alongside the road in front of the spot, just by the entrance. . No children or extra visitors, please. . Thank you

My two rescues had a wonderful time sniffing all the smells …. They are hounds!!!! The straw bales were their favorite part I think …. Especially my older girl. My boy loved stretching his legs out and ran up and down the hill several times. Thank you for providing such a clean, mentally stimulating, secure, safe place for my two rescues to enjoy themselves and not having to worry about other dogs

Finally had a chance to try this sniffspot with my 3 labs at lunch today. Great property with lots of space for pups to run and play. Weather was great and the space is in great shape! Plenty of toys, brain games, water in every corner and even chairs for the humans. Could have stayed there all day!

I have a 35 pound puppy who is not an escape artist. I found the fence secure. The hill was great for wearing him out. The hay bales and other toys will be wonderful for future visits when he's ready for more than just running around. The footing was good, grass was clipped short, which I very much appreciated. We will definitely visit again!

With all the rain yesterday, I thought it would be mushy but the footing was great. Wet in places, but not the mud pit my yard currently is. We had a great visit!

This is hands down the best Sniffspot, I can't say enough about it. I booked it on the way from Pittsburgh to Erie and I will absolutely be back every time I travel back and forth. My dogs were so happy with the size of the space, the fun smells of other doggies, they explored the little playground type structures without prompt and Luna LOVED they hay. If I lived closer to Meadville area I'd be there every morning but luckily I do travel to see family frequently. I've never seen my dogs so happy. I happened to run into the owner as well when I arrived and she was very welcoming and accessible should I need anything. Just amazing.

We absolutely love coming to this sniff spot. I have 2 highly reactive dogs who can be free with no worries here. Prior to our visit, Katherine messaged me to let me know that the gate and water may be frozen and told me to bring my own water just in case. I appreciate her looking out for my fur babies so much!

This was absolutely perfect for my pit who can be picky about his friends. They had toys, water, and everything was clean. The grass was freshly cut. The fence is sturdy which I was nervous about going there. My boy had the best time. We will definitely be coming back!

We had family in town visiting with their dog, so this was the perfect spot to let our dogs meet on neutral ground. Our dogs are all very different personalities and this spot worked great for all of them- lots of space for running, lots of interesting spots to explore and sniff, and shady spots for the lazy dog to rest.

Such a fun place for my dog. She had an incredible time. She is reactive and has a hard time with other humans and animals but I had no concerns about her reactions or her safety here. She did so well and she's never used training equipment before but learned all of it so quickly. 100/10 recommend and will be back!!
