In the Lake Washington area 2 miles from the lake west of I95. Grassy paddock on the northside area of the property in front of the home is open for dogs to run and play! Our place will not be a good option for you if your dog jumps fences and likes to chase farm animals.

Parking available right in front of the fence. I work from the office in my house therefore if needed any assistance I will be able to support right away.

Stop! Please read everything below! It is very important info. maximum of 4 dogs and 2 adult handlers ONLY. No children allowed at any time!!!! Humans must pay an extra $5 per person charge to swim in the pool and NO DIVING is allowed. The fee is accessible under “EXTRAS”. There are external security cameras on the property. You are required to follow pre and post stay rules which are sent 2 hours prior. Please note: double/long/shedding breeds will need to be brushed/raked prior to arrival. This helps keep the pool clean and everything running. Please read everything carefully to make sure this is a good match for you and your dog. This is 100% a non smoking property. Do not smoke anything while at my property. Enjoy!

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our yard is less than 1 acre and fully fenced. Surrounded by woods except for one side and there is a pond with a dock. The neighbors dogs (2) are not a hazard but they are reactive so if your dog doesn’t ignore them, they will run along the fence. Normally they are inside but of course they have to be let outside to relieve themselves and stretch their legs. They are never let out as a pair only separately.

We are a dog training facility established in 2005. Enjoy 1 1/2 acre of fenced, open area for running, walking and sniffs! There is covered area of sand. Lights are available for evening frolicking. Our 5 acre spot is the perfect location to exercise your big boys and girls! With ample room to fetch and run, your doggos will LOVE our spot! Our property does have a pond. Feel free to let your dogs play, but remember, it’s Florida and there is ALWAYS a risk with wildlife in open country (eg. Snakes, bobcats, hawks, turtles.) 3 sides of the property are fenced (back side electric), and our neighbors do have dogs. Don't forget to bring water for yourself as there is no shade, YET!
