Our property is a mix of 2 open pastures, and trails through the woods. There is a smaller totally fenced in area (former goat enclosure) that’s great for working on recall and scent work. We have 2 houses with yards at the address. Simply follow the driveway past the yards to the Spot behind. When you see the white barn, you’re there! Feel free to roam and play. Off leash is fine as long as your friend has good recall. Our dogs have their own fenced yards up at the houses. Our property borders a riding stable on one side, so you may see horses and riders. On the other side of the property is a shooting range (about a mile away) so if your pooch is gun shy be aware you could hear shots.

While the area is only partially fenced, a large ditch to the south, creek to the north, and natural wooded boundaries define the edges of the parcel. Recommended for dogs on leash or under good voice control as a nearby road is quite busy. This property has 5 fully fenced areas available for use! The basic spot price will include the use of areas A and B(please refer to map). The pond(area C) is available as an extra! Here your dog can take in all of smells and be apart of a farm setting! They will even have views of the livestock through the fence. During warmer months the grass will be taller which make for great fun to sniff around.

This is an unfenced backyard that leads into a fishing pond. There are tons of birds in the area that are pleasant to watch while exercising your dog! The street traffic is minimal, but you will encounter others walking along the sidewalk with their leashed loved ones.
