Welcome! Our sniffspot is home to our two pups, mochi and kipper. We have our yard fully fenced with 6ft privacy fence, and a small section 4ft chain link fence (see last photo). You can park right in our driveway and enter in through either gate, there is one on the side of the driveway and one at the back of the driveway. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for your privacy. There will be poop bags, a bowl of water, and a basket of toys for you and your pup to use if you wish. Whether you wish to sit in the shade or play in the sun, we hope you enjoy your visit to our yard!

Come spend quality time with you and your dog(s) that is fully fenced. Little dog approved (I have a 17lb, 13.75" tall small dog who liked to escape but can't anymore! I also have a 30lb beagle mix. We have several amenities for humans and dogs! The best amenity is the sectioned off agility yard! You may rent this portion of the yard as an extra. The agility portion of the yard is sectioned off is 90’x90’, includes all the all rubberized max200 contacts (dog walk, a frame, teeter), max200 channel 12 poles, two tunnels, table (rubberized Max200), tire (max200) and lots of various jumps!! I also have 2x2s available! Practice whatever you need to get your next QQ! The remainder of the yard is for free play including a kiddie pool, shade in the afternoons, dog toys and plenty of grass to sniff and run! Play yard gets good shade in the afternoons and evenings. Welcome to my home in Bristol, CT! My backyard is about .5 acres and fully fenced. There are 2 entry ways, however the right side entrance is usually easier to get into. I have 2 corgis of my own, but they will stay inside while your dog is at play. I also have children, so I have a playground and lots of kids toys outside if your child would like to join in and play! My backyard includes: a shaded picnic table and benches, a hose, dog bowls, hand sanitizer, a poop scooper, and lots of room for your dog to run around! & more! Some DISCLAIMERS: after a rainstorm, our yard gets very wet! Plan accordingly. My neighbors on either side have dogs. My neighbors on the right side have 2 big German Shepherds. Please try your best to pick up after your dog, turn off the hose if you use it, and make sure the gate is properly closed. Thank you and enjoy!

Feel free to enjoy this little spot. It is 100% pesticide and herbicide free! Suitable for pets and people including small children. Lots of running space for a small to medium sized dog. Larger dogs might also enjoy a new experience. Squirrels, bunnies and chipmunks enjoy the area and might be of interest to your pup. There’s plenty of shade from trees and a fence all around so they are safe. Our neighbors have chickens and goats which are visible and provide additional entertainment to you and your dog. Also, feel free to participate in scientific research - please let me know which wild birds you saw at my spot and if there were any frogs in the pvc refugia (evaluating amphibian color preference) :)
