Hello! We are excited to share our yard! The unique thing about us is we offer an agility obstacle course and a dog pool (upon request). We do have two dogs that we will keep inside and not visible. You may enter the property through a gate on the side of the house, but we will get more into details when you book :)

A recently fully fenced back yard! Wood in the front for privacy and chainlink in the back. This sniffari is about .5 acres. There will be toys available! Balls, chuck it and anything requested if you would like. There are poop bags available and pooper scooper. There are Adirondack chairs, low chairs and a sectional that is dog friendly. A canopy for shade! And woods are to the back and left outside of the fence making this a quiet and peaceful yard. Your dog will get to enjoy a private play time and sniff. I hope your pup (s) enjoy! Please clean up after your doggy’s! I notice feedback from back to back around the cleanliness from this. I appreciate you leaving it clean for the next dog (s) and human to enjoy ☺️☺️ If I am not home while you visit- my doggy’s may bark. They are super secure inside. I totally understand that can be frustrating though. I will always let you know beforehand! Please let me know and we cancel the booking if you are not comfortable with them barking.

Prepare you and your pups for a day in paradise. Welcome yourselfs to a fully fenced yard, located right on Browns pond, in Peabody. This space is highly maintained and the lawn will always be cut, there is plenty of space for you and your pups to run free and feel themselves. If your pups likes to swim we highly encourage you guys to take a dip in the pond, Browns Pond is a natural pond located in Peabody that covers an area of about 28 acres. It's known for its exquisite beauty. You can also relax, our place provides plenty of seating arrangements and we recommend for u to bring your fishing rod if you wish. This place also provides treats, a water bowl and a hose so if your pups decide they want to go swimming we highly recommend cleaning your dog off. We love our space so much and we would love for you to get that experience too.

Note: Please keep your dog(s) leashed until you are through the gate and it is closed. Fall months there will be leaves falling and they will be on the ground. Also furniture/seating will be limited as it will be put away for winter storage.

If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family my be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

A fully fenced yard for you and your animals to run and roam! The Hawthorne Hotel has almost an acre of land for your doggo to explore! We are fully fenced in so y’all can run without worry! Our yard features a large open grassy area to play ball or frisbee, a meadow/English garden type area, and overgrowth of plants and trees on the sides of the yard that provide a fun terrain for your dogs to explore and sniff! The dogs are welcome to roam wherever they’d like! We have a hose and bowl outside for you to use for water and to cool down. We also provide some balls, bags and a pooper scooper for you to use if needed. The yard is enclosed by a combination of a 6’ privacy fence, as well as a chain link fence that abuts the neighbors backyard, and a white picket fence reinforced with wire. We mow regularly, and often have flowers and trees in bloom! There is a picnic table and lawn chairs for humans to enjoy, and the pups too, if they’d like! There is always ample, safe, street parking directly next to the entrance gate, which is on the side of the house. If you prefer driveway parking, let me know and we can make room for you, but the best parking spot is right outside the gate! Please do be mindful of closing the gate behind you when you enter and exit as we don’t want any escapes! Feel free to use the hose for fresh water or to cool off! Welcome! We have added some new toys and water bowls by the hose, to the left of the property upon walking in. *Effective Tuesday October 18th 2024, we will be unable to provide water from the hose as our system is getting shut off for the winter. Thank you for understanding. With it getting darker out earlier, just a note that our yard is pretty dark and it is not well lit. Just to keep in mind for evening bookings!

We have just over an acre of land down a dead-end road. Our backyard is fully fenced in with plenty of room for dogs to run and play. There is plenty of seating for the dog parents as well as a playground if you want to bring your children! We have two dogs that I would keep inside during any visits. We have dog toys in the backyard that your dogs could play with. There is plenty of room to throw a ball around and let your dogs expend their energy. My wife (Ashley), son (Oliver), and I (Joe) love dogs of all breeds and would love the opportunity to give them room to run and play as our dogs do. Our backyard is pretty open with grassy spots, mossy areas, and sand and dirt. I have a doggie pool and a splash pad that can be used for an extra cost. I can make a fire with smore's for you and if you are bringing kids, i have a bounce house you could rent! If you are interested in any of these wxtras let me know! I'd gladly share the wi-fi with any guests and will accommodate any needs within reason. Any questions let me know! Also, please do not allow your dog to dig and please clean up after your dog. Cute little backyard , secured and dog ready! Balls and random toys provided with new toys added weekly! Tug O War secured to tree! Doggy poop bags provided for free along with hand sanitizer. Water Bowl also provided in case your pup gets thirsty. Hose with water available for an extra fee as well as outdoor electrical outlet ( no charge ) Large Doggy Pool can be filled and ready to go for an extra fee . Dog Treats available upon request for an extra fee. Mud Buster ( see pics ) available to clean your dogs paws before leaving if need be

Huge fenced in yard, seating available on deck, fenced in chickens if pups are curious to say hello. Vegetable garden in the corner (off limits to enter, but more than welcome to look from outside and ask questions.) Great place to throw balls from one end to the other! There is a photo reference on how high the fence is, my height is 5 ft 2in.

Welcome to our backyard! We know how valuable new experiences are for dogs and how being off leash to run, sniff, and play is good for dogs' physical and mental well being - and ours, too! Our privacy fencing and large yard allows you and your dog to have a safe place away from unfamiliar people / other dogs*. It's great for getting your dog some different sniffs and letting them off leash for a game of fetch! *Our neighbor does have a dog who may be outside during your visit. The neighbor's dog is friendly and absolutely cannot get into our yard. Your dog will be 100% safe, but please know that if the neighbor's dog is outside during your visit, she may try to stick a little bit of her snout underneath any of the small openings along the fence line.

This land was recently left to me by my father and is currently being built up to be a sustainable farm. This summer I am have built a massive greenhouse, will be building a chicken coop and next year start fencing in portions of the land for other farm animals. There is enough parking at the top of on the land where the fruit trees and main house is located for your vehicle. There is also enough of a shoulder where the front property line is for street parking. Come join and enjoy the growing amenities during the week and/or with me and my 2 pups on the weekends! I will update this app as I add more and more features.

UNDER RENOVATIONS: Please excuse our appearance as we upgrade the enrichment course for the K9s we serve here. We hope to complete the renovations with new enrichment programs and fun coursework later this summer. Please check with your accountant as we are a Non-Profit Registered, and the money we make from your visits 100% goes to healing these amazing K9s. We offer a large wide open fenced in yard with plenty of space for your dog to run and play. The space is mostly flat with a small hill near the north east corner. Enjoy a view of the nearby golf course while your pet runs, plays or digs in one of two digging pits. The yard is fenced in by a mix of vinyl, wood and wire fencing ranging from 4ft to 8ft tall. Parking is available in our driveway or on street. We have a swing-set available for your children.

Enjoy our secluded dog haven! Located just minutes from downtown Nashua, at our Sniffspot you’ll never know you’re in the city. Play a game of fetch on our large, fully fenced grassy lawn. In the summer, try out our kiddie pool add on to cool off! Sick of fetch? Strap on a leash and enjoy our short path through the woods (where you might catch a glimpse of our curious chickens or even a giant bullfrog in our creek)! Our pups love our Spot, and so will yours!
