Dogs experience the texture of river rocks, mulch, digging dirt, tall grass, rocks and a sometimes slippery mowed hill. Plenty sun and shade and seats. Members can expand on their experiences with use of the fire pit. Firewood is complimentary and I ask for a day notice. On request Members can also borrow the Resident Dog Beach Pass during their stay. This gives access to the Community private Cheapeake Bay Beach 0.4 miles down the street. On a personal note from your host, I was an AirBnB Superhost in downtown Annapolis running a dog-friendly place. When I moved to Pasadena I wanted to continue the tradition, of welcoming both sides of the leash.

Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! *Update, Recently built a Pergola over the Picnic table area. It is built and solid feel to use that area. Im still working on putting the finishing touches on it (Retractable Cover to replace umbrella, lights, vines, outdoor heating, wood staining.)* **Also I have put out some Halloween decorations, feel free to let your dogs sniff/pee on them 😅, or just desensitize them to decorations. Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

Thanks for stopping by! We have a large fenced in backyard, great for your pet's playtime or puppy play dates! More than enough room for a dozen dogs! Our patio features a gazebo WITH overhead fan. Plenty of shade during the warmer months and a fire pit offers some extra warmth during the cooler months. During the summer season, Extras such as a puppy pool, Lounge Pool for Humans and sprinklers will be made available! Amenities: Snacks, Bottled Waters, and Poop Bags are always included. Wifi is available as well. We are a smoke friendly yard - lighter and ashtray are located on the patio table. Please dispose of all waste in the trashcan. Seating: We have 4 Chairs under the gazebo. We also have 5 other lounge chairs available in the yard. Parking: Our driveway can accommodate 7-9 vehicles. Street Parking is also available. Located on a small private horse farm, we offer a safe and fun place to come play with agility equipment, run around, and just have fun. We do not offer lessons or agility training, and all equipment is for entertainment and playing. While some pieces are "competition quality" they are NOT intended to be representative of a true agility school's professional obstacles. Please know your dog's limitations and be smart and safe when using the equipment. The yard is fairly well lighted so that use in the short days of winter is possible. When booking during the dark, lights will be turned on for use. There is seating and a toy box that you can feel free to use. There are security cameras mounted near the back door as well as several outdoor security cameras on various outbuildings. Booking this spot means consent to monitoring. The deck is considered a private area and not open for use at this time.

Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill on the path on the right to the pond. Fully fenced backyard. Deck has gates at both set of stairs to keep dogs in the yard. Chairs available for parents. 2 hoses for fresh water. I have poop bags hanging on the inside of each gate and also a pooper scooper. I will provide fresh ice water if I'm home and available to do so. If I'm not, use either hose to fill water bowls. Please put all toys back where they were. Please clean up after yourself and leave the poop bags in the tiny trashcan by the gate. Our land has a few fenced in areas recently used for cows so they aren’t full privacy fences. If you are worried about your companion running off please note that this property is unfenced surrounded by corn fields. This is PLENTY of space to roam, a trail to a pond, and lots of scents to smell. We do not allow pups getting in the pond, for your safety and your pups

This spot is perfect for enjoying some private play time and relaxation with your dog. Part of the yard is enclosed by 6 foot privacy fence and the rest is 4 foot split rail with wire backing. **SMALL/TOY BREEDS are welcomed but will need to be WATCHED CLOSELY.** The small patch of woods provides a great place for your dog to explore and sniff away. The yard is large enough to provide an open sunny area and a more private area shaded by tall trees. We are just getting started and are working on a seating area, dog pool and dog toys. There are several security cameras on site. There is also access to both cold and hot water (in the fall/winter) in case your dog needs a quick rinse. For nighttime visits, the first half of the yard is lit, but the very back of the backyard does not currently have lighting. If you would like to be a member, please send me a message. This is a 4.93 acre property that is located in right across the street from the MD sunrise corn maze. The property is half field and half woods. There’s a path that accesses the woods in the back right of the property and you can follow it through all the way to the quiet neighborhood of dairy farm estates where you can walk your dog/dogs also. Please use the path and do not cut through neighbors yards. Depending on weather the middle of the property can get pretty wet so please be cautious.
