Water bowls available for use, hose available for use and considering getting a baby pool on the consensus of the pups. 🐶 In-ground pool not for use but is gated within the yard. Paver patio with comfy seating for humans, and I have a few things in the yard for kids to play on. I do have two dogs of my own, a 16-year-old husky mix and a five-year-old boxer mix who will remain inside during use. There are two gates that you can choose from to come in, one is 10 feet wide if you would like to pull your car in. We’re on a dead end also so parking is a breeze. My wife and I did a lot of work in this backyard. We did it for our three grandchildren who are all full grown now. So we decided to open it up for others to enjoy please bring your dog let him or her run around. There's a bucket with dog toys there's a bowl for water please dump it when you are done and return all the toys back to the bucket.

Welcome to Brookside! This fenced in field is located on the lower half of my property. Set up with 6 foot fencing, this field is secure and ready for pups to play. The field is connected to a building that is currently not in use. There is an overhang that covers a small portion of the field for sun shade and weather protection. Please do not drive across the bridge - foot traffic only! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field! If your pup would like to swim in the brook, please reach out to me for info on how to access the water!

Playground set for small children to use while the doggies run free without disturbance. The trampoline is off limits; please do not use it. Feel free to use the hose to fill your dog’s water bowl. In winter, the water is turned off. If you want to enjoy the lush (not fenced) front yard, relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunset or sunrise. The view is stunning. Take Two Acres is a private, fenced two acre property that borders a working horse farm. It is a tranquil, open setting, surrounded by trees with lots of sun and shade for your fur baby's enjoyment. Many amenities are offered for you and your pups enjoyment of our space including toys, water hose and bowls, poo bags, and a large fire pit. We have two dogs of our own and do our best to pick up after them. Please understand it is a large property and they go out alone at night. We also have alot of deer traffic and other furry critters that we share our "piece of earth" with. Again, we do our best, but there are no guarantees you will not come across them (critters) or a land mine or two visiting out piece of earth.

There are dog toys, towels and water bowls. There is a water hydrant for fresh water as needed.
