Not a business - community service for disabled people trying to owner train their service dogs in training. Quiet fenced in yard in residential neighborhood. Parking available in driveway or on street. Two fenced yards available. One pea-gravel (800 sq feet) and one mostly grass (6000 sq feet). Splash pad, agility equipment, and rental dogs available. Price set as low as it goes. This is not a business this is a community service being run out of a home with a Karen neighbor. Offering our yard for doggies to play in! We do not have any dogs. We have some dog toys, and will add over time if needed. We have some agility equipment (tunnel, and hoola hoops). We have kids and plenty of kids toys for them to play around and on also. There is an umbrella and chairs for the guests to sit on if they’d like. No other dogs or people/ kids will be around other than us stopping by to say hi and check in :).

There is a river and chickens in their coop. The yard is fenced, with two gates for driveway and river that can close. Fence is short is some spots so supervision is needed. Large yard with hills and space to run and roam. Strong recall is needed for safety.

2 acres surrounded by barrier woods. Good for dogs who can come when called and just want to play fetch with you directly or you want to walk the track together. Right now dogs run the property freely in the backyard only and we have not had any problems. The Lounge is fenced! It’s hybrid indoor/outdoor. On cold days it’s indoor only, it’s a heated garage lounge with expandable fence. Dog parents can use desks and there’s free WiFi, coffee bar, printer. Get some work done while the dogs have full run of the lounge! Lounge has agility equipment, toys, water, treats, and the non human furniture is theirs to scratch! They can get it out of their system here instead of at your house! We can’t wait to have you come on down!
