Welcome to my Pasture. At one time I boarded horses but now it’s just an empty field. As a dog owner myself I know how much dogs love to sniff, run and play. This property is vacant, on a quiet dead end road and ready to be enjoyed. It’s partially fenced. The pond and creek would be great for splashing and swimming. Please note: there are periods of time where the grass is high as it is only cleared periodically. If this is a concern please ask before booking your pet for a visit. Field has been mowed/cleared 10/7/24 - ready for the fall and winter season.

5+ acres of rolling hay fields! Depending on the time of year the grass may be tall or cut. Access to small creek along the field. The field is not fenced but is almost completely surrounded by woods! Beautiful, fun place to roam and let the pups run!

Lovely country home on 1 acre with 1/2 acre fully fenced. Beautiful flower, veggie and herb garden in the backyard. No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed here. The neighbors leave their two Great Danes outside most of the time. They sometimes run up and down the fence line barking, so if your dog is reactive, this might be an issue. I have a 4' chain link fence and the neighbor has a 6' wooden fence, so the dogs are hidden. Overall, it’s a very peaceful and serene, lovely green space. We don’t use any chemicals or pesticides on the yard or garden.

We are a canine rescue & boarding ran on private property. We live on site with someone on site 24/7 . We have two lots available for rent per hours. One for jumpers or escape artists and another lot offers refrigerator for drinks or bring a lunch. Only one reservation per lot. Up to 3 dogs and 2 humans at a time. Cost is per dog /per hour.

This is a privately owned 10 acre land with woods and also a pond in tge woods with old four wheeler trails only requirements that is a must is u must pick up ur own dogs poop if it's in any cut grass the woods u don't have to worry that u can let ur dog run off leash provided u can keep up with ur dog stay up to 8 hours in on visit if u choose we have a picnic area also a fire pit and a indoor rest room provided for via my home the closest store is about 3 miles away if u need refreshments I have also provided area trash cans

Fully fenced yard for pups to play!

Spot is located near an abandoned home site, and has a 10x14 ft platform to hang out on while your pup chases a stick! The site is nestled into the hillside of the woods and offers plenty of shade and a cool mountain breeze. There is active wildlife in the area, and your pup will have the best time sniffing all the smells! Although the property is unfenced, the site is roughly 200 yards from the road so there is still plenty of safe space to throw a ball!

I have a large, fairly flat, fenced in yard. It backs up to the disc golf course at Victor Ashe, so you may see or hear people playing or walking their dogs. We also have birds, squirrels, and bunnies that like to visit. Most of the fence is a wooden privacy fence, but the back by the park is chainlink. I have a deck with chairs or a couch you can relax in and enjoy the peacefulness of the yard. Fur babies are welcome on the couch as well, and there will be a bowl of fresh water for them in the yard. I also have 2 camping chairs I put in the yard if you prefer. I do have 2 dogs that may bark upon arrival, but they will be out of sight. I hope you enjoy the yard as much as we do.

Nestled in the heart of West Knoxville, our property features a dog friendly pool with a large securely fenced yard. Upon securing your booking, you'll receive a remote for the gate on the lower drive. Please be patient as the driveway gate opens; then, feel free to drive through and park anywhere. Remember to close the gate behind you before allowing your dogs to roam freely—no leashes are needed within the secured gated yard and pool area. The pool is easily accessed by a pebbled steps to reach the pool and deck. Enclosed by a 6-foot wooden privacy fence, our yard ensures the safety of your pets. Enjoy the rolling hill and a pet-friendly saltwater pool, surrounded by grounds featuring an undeveloped forest. There are no HOA rules or sanctions for enthusiastic barking, allowing your dogs to truly be themselves—bark, swim, romp, and live their best lives. We've opened our yard to your family to create a joyful and memorable experience. Please bathe and/or or brush your dogs before arrival. We have had pool pump and filter issues from excess hair 🤔😀. Also be sure to teach your dogs to use only the stairway to enter and leave the water to preserve our pool liner.! Also, please, brush and/or bathe your dogs before swimming them. This is not a doggy wash! 😜 Please allow a few minutes toward the end of your stay to do basic cleanup for the next user. Nets are along the uphill fence. Thank you for your help and support! This land is so nice my dog loves it . If ur dog don't get along with others that's ok I'll close my doggie door so my pup can't get out there well ur pup plays I'll even play with them if u would like .

*POST HELENE UPDATE 10/13/24* I am so sad to say that the Helene floods have completely destroyed our Sniffspot. We hope to reopen one day but the space will be a completely different place. We are hard at work doing what we can so please check back often. UPDATE 4/11/24* The bugs can get really bad at certain times of year. Mostly gnats around the face and no-see-ums. I do provide bug spray and bug nets that work best when worn with a hat. The worst of the bugs are early spring (April-June). Not fenced but not immediately bordered by anything but forest or field on all sides. The property is 12 acres with mostly open or treed space. There is a small beach area with water calm enough for dogs to swim and fetch sticks. We have picnic tables and chairs that you can use but please pick up after yourself, your dog, and your kids. There is now a trashcan provided on the beach for your convenience. Downstream side of property has an “island” that can be explored. The neighbors property downstream starts shortly free the road narrows between the river and steep bank. It’s usually more overgrown and can visually tell the upkeep is different. Please avoid being on their property. Flood waters make signage difficult to use in this area. Just message me if you need more details on the boundary line.

We guarantee you and your furry friends will have a great time. Please note there are chickens in an enclosed area of our property, they are fenced safely to keep any dog out.

I am a stay at home mom who has been providing inhome boarding for the last two years through Rover. We had had over 500 babies. You baby will always have some others to play with.
