This is a very quiet place on a country road where your dogs can be off leash and free to explore nature. The full four acres are surrounded by a 5 foot fence and there is a small creek running through the property. There is a wide spot in the creek that is easily the most popular spot for our canine visitors! There are larger fields and open areas for your dogs to practice their retrieving, and there are many paths in the woods for hiking. The beginning of each path is marked with quartz stones to show you the way. You will also find several benches scattered throughout the property so that you can take a load off while your dogs run and play. When it rains the property can be quite wet in some areas, so bring boots and a towel to clean off your muddy (but happy!) dog. There is a full competition size agility field within the four acres. The agility equipment is completely fenced in and will be accessible only to those who have had at least one formal beginner's agility class. This is to keep you and your dog safe and to prevent misuse of the equipment. Please message the host when you book the spot and before your first visit to discuss your agility experience if you are wanting to access the equipment. **I would really like for your first visit to be on a weekend or a Tuesday (my day off) so that I can meet with you to show you some details about the property and discuss parking. After the first visit, book whenever you want! If you absolutely cannot make it these days for your first visit, we can work something out. 🙂

Hello-My name is Jen, I'm a fur mama to 2 dogs and 4 cats! You can usually find me at Charlotte Humane Society (I foster all the beans)! I have 1.6 acres but still in the city! I have a privacy fence with of 1 acre, screened porch (mini fridge stocked included), unlimited towels, super small agility course, tons and tons and tons more of dog toys! Small speaker, outlets and lounging area. I have a restroom off the main. Tons of parking! Feel free to ask any questions!

Hi please use this backyard as your own to play with your dogs. Your pups will have nearly an acre of running room with a playground that offers 4 slides. The park offers a great hill to burn energy and work on agility. Enter through the side gate. Enjoy plenty of shade and sitting areas. Edges of the yard are shaded by trees and the hose is next to the A/C. Feel free to bring your own Eno hammock to clip to the hammock stand. Private acreage with rolling hills and a creek that runs through it. Acreage is wooded however there are some trails if you don't like going off the beaten path. Trails are located behind the house. We ask that our guests stay on the trail on the south side due to it being hunting season and our neighbor hunts. There are no trespassing signs posted so please look for these when back there. We do not do maintenance on the property during the winter. The property is mostly wooded so it will be like taking a hike in the mountains. On the path leading to the creek please be careful there is a drop off just before you get to the creek. If you follow the creek going north you will come to a culvert, there you can cross and explore the other 4 acres. You may see some deer or turkey. We want our guests to enjoy what we have to offer and are open for any suggestions to improve. Happy hiking. :)

Lots of sniffs here as five dogs live on property, horses are along back fence and deer are always meandering around. You can park at the gate, in the driveway; no one will be coming or leaving while you are here. Enter through the small gate to the left, next to the column. This property is the front yard. It is very quiet most of the time, but it is a neighborhood, so you might be here when neighbors are doing yard work. Three things: -I have horses (Oliver and Tot - you will know which one is Tot!), your dogs will most probably bark their heads off! Not a problem, they are pretty much bark proof. -I have five dogs. They will never be outside, ever. However, you may hear them barking. I am always here and will quiet them down as best I can. -fire ants. I do not use chemicals on the lawn, so I “spot” treat the mounds. I use a white ant treatment so you can easily identify. Be mindful of them, and be careful of any I may have missed.

1.2 acres fully fenced yard. Lots of spots to explore, dig and run. I have a table and chairs to sit on, a dog bowl, water hose, toys, and treats for the pups and humans! We love to share our property with other fur babies 🐾🐾

Surprisingly private with only one neighbor. In front is a school, behind are woods, and to the other side is the parking lots of businesses off Monroe rd! The fence is not the best but it has been secure for my doodle boy who loves to run. I have blocked off gaps wider than 3 inches. Garden and quail coop in yard!

We have two dogs of our own that I will likely take out of the house while the yard is in use. Please coordinate with me before if this is a must for you! We have a privacy fence around the whole yard. We do not have neighbors behind us because there is a walking trail so sometimes you might hear people/bikes passing by. The neighbor to our left has two dogs but they aren’t usually out in the yard for long. Please reach out with any questions or concerns before booking.

I’ve used this app many times in the past for my pup and now we have a yard of our own! Sniffspot was a great resource for us and I hope my yard can be the same for you! There is a screened in porch you can relax on, I have a few toys in there including a water hose if your pup likes water! There are poop bags, a scooper and a trash can outside for use. I also leave a bowl for water outside that you can fill up using the hose spout. There is driveway parking available if you’re not comfortable parking in the cul-de-sac.
