Take Two Acres is a private, fenced two acre property that borders a working horse farm. It is a tranquil, open setting, surrounded by trees with lots of sun and shade for your fur baby's enjoyment. Many amenities are offered for you and your pups enjoyment of our space including toys, water hose and bowls, poo bags, and a large fire pit. We have two dogs of our own and do our best to pick up after them. Please understand it is a large property and they go out alone at night. We also have alot of deer traffic and other furry critters that we share our "piece of earth" with. Again, we do our best, but there are no guarantees you will not come across them (critters) or a land mine or two visiting out piece of earth.

There is no better exercise experience for your dog(s) than having fun running, swimming and enjoying the outdoors! Our fully fenced in yard is located in Eagleville, Pa. Parking is available in our driveway-up to 3 cars. This is a private yard with no other dogs on the property. Pool is included in the hourly fee up until 9/15. We do ask that you brush your dog before coming to swim. We have plenty of toys for your dog, including balls, rafts for the pool and more! Treats and access to water to make sure your dog(s)stays well feed and hydrated! Come play and watch your dog wag more and bark less! 😉🐾❤️

This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with two gate access points to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content! I volunteer for a rescue and often bring dogs home for pup playdates to get them some sun and exercise and socialization, and all of the dogs have thoroughly enjoyed the yard; we hope you enjoy the space and find it peaceful and welcoming…visit for an ulti-mutt good time!❤️🐾☀️

We have 6ft privacy vinyl fence and 4ft vinyl post and rail along with military grade 2x2 wire to keep the smallest pups safe including our own 3lb fur babies. We have two gates, lots of grass and open space to run or throw a ball. Chemical free. We have two hammocks, a cafe table with two chairs, children’s picnic table and patio furniture you are welcome to along with a horseshoe pit. There are two water faucets one on each side of the house you are welcome to use just please turn the water off when done. There is also a large bowl near the faucet if you need to borrow. There is a plastic bag hanging on the metal tree for poop bag waste and a pooper scooper next to it. Have fun and enjoy your time with your pup. Please give us a notice before coming.

We are excited to open our space to the community. Our home is surrounded by a 6ft aluminum fencing with bottom dog panels for no escapees. I own 11+ acres in West Chester (bordering Downingtown), although I’m currently offering access to the 4.5 acres that is not fully forested. The side of the property you’ll be enjoying has the mill which was built in the 1760s and converted into a home in the 1970s. This strip of land is bordered by a creek on the one side, and a millrace on the other. The millrace is where the water used to run when the mill was operating many moons ago. Both the creek and millrace have water, although the creek has proven to be much more alluring to visiting dogs. The deepest area in the creek is approximately 8ft. There is a bench there for you to sit and enjoy the view while your dog swims in the water. There is another, more private area, where your dog can get easy access to the creek water. I can provide you with a chair to enjoy this area, and will likely already have it there upon your arrival. There are steep embankments for both the creek and the millrace so it would be an effort for your dog to cross them to “escape.” At the end of my 4.5 acre property, the land comes to a peninsula where the millrace and creek meet to become one body of water. This peninsula serves as a natural barrier although my friend’s young German Shepherd did jump out into this water and after a deer on one frightful day. Fortunately, we got him home/back but I think it’s prudent for me to disclose this harrowing event for the safety of your fur baby. There is an outdoor stone patio where you and your pup(s) can relax in the shade. Here you’ll find a filled water dish for your pup(s) to enjoy and a trashcan for your dog waste. If past dog visitors are any indication of future visits, your pup(s) will likely be thirsty from all the exploring, good smells and open land to run and play. I have one of those tennis ball throwing devices that help you throw a ball super far that you’re welcome to use too. I ask that you don’t encourage your pup(s) to chase after the wildlife here, not just for their sake, but for the safety of your pup(s) too. I think the hawks might have put a dent in the small wildlife around here. You won’t see many small animals like squirrels or bunnies, although you are likely to see deer. If your dog is a young/strong “chaser” you might want to visit with a leash. You’ll also find less snuggly wildlife here like snakes and ticks. I ask that you use your best judgement in supervising your dog(s) and be sure to check them for ticks before leaving. Of course at your first visit, I’ll give you a tour of the layout with your dog leashed to ensure your comfortability with the space. I’d ask you to kindly replace the raft in the creek should your visit cause it to pop. For future consideration: I have about 7.5 more acres of land (on the other side of Harmony Hill Rd) that is forested, rather secluded, and also bordered by the creek. Here you’ll find the remnants of the dam that used to feed the mill, and some amazing water landscapes including large rocks and crystal clear water. I’m slowly trying to establish a walking trail in this area but it’s been hard keeping up with all the overgrowth. I’d be open to bartering where you would help cut back the trail overgrowth in exchange for your dog enjoying the forested area.

Come relax by a tranquil pond and waterfall with over a 1/2 acre of scenic running grounds for your fur buddy. There is plenty of parking, fully fenced yard and lots of trees for territory marking opportunities. Yet, wide open spaces for ball throwing, chasing, or getting the zoomies. No dogs live on the property (she recently left this world), so there is plenty of privacy. Over the last 25 years, 6 dogs have lived here, more than 15 have fostered waiting for adoption, and over 10 have regularly boarded while their parents vacationed with peace of mind.
