We own over .5 extra acres between our house and the river. There is a fresh water spring between the lots. Open fields, wild flowers, clover patches, a stream, marsh, sticks, mulch, wild berries, and lots of privacy. Upon request: hammock, chair, dog toys, kiddie pool, sand, snacks, and treats.
