The Barn at Mahala Springs closes several times during the year, so we offer the property to our furry friends! There’s no better place for an outdoor adventure with your four-legged friend! During the months of March, April, August, and November ONLY, enjoy complete, private access to Mahala Springs and Farm, an outdoor event venue where we invite you and your pup to make unforgettable memories together as they swim in the creek, chase frogs in Cara’s Pond, explore the nature trails, or enjoy the 1-mile greenway! The greenway features breathtaking views of pastures and cliffs, as you meander through a cedar forest and along the crystal clear water of BeaverDam Creek!

Our house is in a neighborhood close to I24, and close to Fort Campbell Army Installation. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and we have a corner lot so there is plenty of street parking. There are two side gates to enter into the backyard, one on each side of the fence!

We have a 5ft tall fence as we have 2 large dogs and 2 cats(that will stay inside during your visit). We do not use any chemicals in our yard so while we keep our grass low, please be sure to have flea & tick prevention for your pet(s). If you are concerned about bugs, we do have bug repellent and a mesh tent that can be utilized if needed. There is a covered back porch with a table and chairs available and access to electricity and wifi(fiber). I do dog grooming in my spare time and have everything needed to get your dog clean for an extra fee if you’d like. We do not have any muddy areas besides under our back porch but we have installed a French drain in order to keep the moisture down near there. Under our porch is where we store wheel barrows and other items to help deter our dogs from going under there. Please make sure your dogs are utd on vaccinations such as parvo and bordetella, which are highly contagious. We’d like to keep our space safe :) I am a certified veterinary assistant as well and know how to administer first aid. We do have a veterinary clinic just 10 mins away if there are any accidents. Come enjoy a safe space with plenty room to run! We are new to sniff spot but hope to add more fun things and make our space more enjoyable depending on how many pups we get to host 🤗

Bring your doggies to run and play while you relax in our backyard. Plenty of spots for the puppies to smell and explore. 7 minutes from gate 10, 10 minutes from gate 7, and 10 minutes from downtown Clarksville! Doggie poop bags available, along with water and some toys to play with. Kids picnic table with water bins and toys and adult seating as well. All are welcome!

Enter gravel driveway in front of garage and through large cattle gate…freshly mowed and ready to rumble!!! Always a cool breeze and shade even on a sunny day!!! Beautiful fully fenced huge yard in Madison! Our dogs love our new yard as it’s spacious enough for runs and playing frisbee. We’d love to share it with you! Safely enclosed. Short grass. Tall well built fence safe for jumpers. We do have a pool on site but it is fenced separately so your dog will not be able to access the pool area. We provide doggie treats, water, poop bags, paw wipes, toys, bug spray and a sitting area for their humans. Lots of trees to provide shade. We hope you and your doggies enjoy our private park!

We will be keeping her quiet and calm, as required for heartworm protocol, so that she will be healthy and ready for adoption in September! Your fee is 100% donated to Critter Calvary Rescue of Williamson County, in memory of our dogs in my pictures, who have passed away of old age. We have 2 areas for your dog! Front yard with Iron Fence and human seating! Back yard with chain link fence and human seating - and a deck with seating! The back yard is mostly dirt and on a hill, with some ground leaves and grass. If you wish a flat yard with lush grass, we highly suggest booking a grass SniffSpot, Ashley's SniffSpot at https://www.sniffspot.com/listings/nashville-tn/ashley-s-private-nations-dog-park-53368 which is just a mile from our SniffSpot! We have taken this very seriously, and have landscaping pros inspecting each day to remove hazards. Our research found that the families in the 1950's would burn their trash in the back yard, so the shards have emerged in the dirt surrounding our older home. We are digging and removing these each week.

Roscoe Place is .25 acres that is fully fenced so that you and your dog(s) can enjoy the outdoors in a safe, off leash environment. We have 2 pubulls who are very friendly. They occasionally come outside, but they're inside dogs. We have a big lot with lots of shade and plenty of running room. We ask you to clean up after your pups. Please stay on the front left of the property. It's half of an acre and private. We never use it, and it's open all hours for pups to play.

4$ a dog It's completely fenced in and I have a small pool I can fill and chairs to sit on. The grass gets mowed but irregularly. So the gras can get pretty tall but the dogs r free to play anywhere in the fenced area. And no dogs other then mine in the house. I don't want dog fights over boundrys.
