My yard always has some shade. By about 3 p.m. the entire backyard is mostly shady. Parking is usually on the street. Occasionally, there will be parking available next to the carport. Entrance to the backyard is next to the carport on the west side of the house.

The space is simply my back yard in Sandy, but it is quite large (see photos) and used to dogs running around. I have a Chihuahua and a Weimaraner who I will keep inside during visits unless you’d like your pup to have a playmate. My chihuahua is very friendly, but my Weim takes some warming up, so just the Chihuahua is available for potential playdates.k

I have a long yard which is fully fenced with lots of things going on! There is tons for your dog to sniff and investigate and play on. This is a great yard for building confidence or working on agility. I work from home so will usually be around, but won't bug you. My kids are gone during the day so that is when the yard is available. I have 3 dogs but they will be inside. They may be visible through the door, but I'll put them away if they are barking or being a distraction. If I am not home they are in our basement and won't be visible or audible. We have dogs in the yards on either side of us and several houses along the street so usually someone is barking. My neighbors also have chickens, but they are on the opposite side of their yard from our fence. But because our house is set back, the yard feels quite sheltered between my neighbors two houses. There is a privacy covering across the street fence also. I have a buffer fence between my yard and the street fence and my yard and the neighbors yard as one of my dogs is fence reactive and this helps. We have a large swing set, playhouse, treehouse and trampoline so children are welcome to use them also. I also have a covered sand area, but ask that no dogs use this. Water is readily available via hose. Kiddie pool and sprinkler available on request. I'm on a quiet street with adequate parking, and you are welcome to park in my driveway also. We have lots of doves, squirrels, quail, and other birds in the area.

Hello! We’re Kate and Bethany, and this is our yard. We have 2 wonderful but reactive dogs and we’d love to help someone else with a reactive bud(s) have space to play and train. The fence is chain link and 5ft high, our girls haven’t cleared it yet! We are looking into privacy screening for the fence but until then it is a great spot to practice with reactivity as there’s distractions but also you can control the distance of those distractions. Our yard is available mostly during our work hours so our dogs are in the house, they may bark, but then should settle. Feel free to hang on our front porch on the bench/shade. Both of my dogs are geriatric and enjoy the backyard to sunbathe but I do miss why I bought this backyard in the first place. For medium to large dogs, it's not a huge space but that doesn't mean they can't enjoy the peace that you get back here. If you have little dogs, it's the best place in the world for them. If you have reactive dogs, it's the best place in the world for you, Your dogs cannot get out nor fight any other dogs in the neighborhood through my fence. If they enjoy screaming at squirrels, this is your spot. They get to learn and smell all the things from my old dogs that are completely vaccinated. Opal is a pyrenees mix who is 13 years old and Rupert is a dachshund mix who is 16 in this year 2025. They love the sunshine and the snow but they are old, so please come enjoy what they sleep through most days 💜

Large fully fenced in yard that is great for dogs and if you have children then they can play on the playground while your dogs get some exercise! Dog play area - All grass in play area but we do have 2 raised garden beds that is currently not being used. There is soil in the boxes so dogs could potentially jump in there and get dirty. Playground - Ages 3-10 years old only. Play at your own risk so please supervise your children while they play. No dogs allowed on playground. Large Cement Porch - You will have a table and seating area available during your visit. Entrance - Side gate is easily accessible and will have a sign on the front of the gate. Parking - We have a lot of parking on the side of our house since we are located at the end of our street. Summer time - We will offer kiddie pools for the dogs to play in the warmer months Winter Time - Kiddie pools will be removed but will have access to drinking water for your dogs. Dog Waste - Please bring your dog waste bags and cleanup after your dogs. You can place your waste bags in a trash can that will be available on the back porch. Please note there will be no restrooms available. We would like to meet quickly on your first visit with us, but afterwords we won’t be there during your visits. Please message me if you have any questions or concerns! We are looking forward to providing you a fun place for your dogs to play!

Regular outdoor fenced in yard. Kiddie pool (just the small blue round pools.) A few dog toys. We have a "ditch" that we often see deer and many quails, but that is directly outside of the chain leaked fence.
