We have 11 acres your dog could run on that is secluded and private. There is a 2/3 mile loop trail that goes around a pine forest. There is a cool and shaded pine forest with a carpet of pine needles your dog could run in and you can hang out in. Bring your chairs and enjoy the mountain scenery and have a picnic you want. If your dog poops on the trail, pick it up and toss it in the weeds. If your dog poops in the weeds, we don't care. You would need to bring all your own supplies. There is plenty of parking. Our property borders a railroad so you will need to keep your dog off the tracks. If you could send me a message before you book a time about what time you are considering it would be appreciated.

**Due to the winter season, all furniture, kiddie pool, hose, fountains/pond, sprinkler, dog hangout area, and decorative lighting have been put away. The gazebo is used to store many of these items, so it is off limits till spring. Fresh water will only be provided in the bowls on the deck. Camp Fire, S’mores, Tread Scavenger Hunt, Bubbles & Biscuits, and Rip & Tear Extras will not be available until spring. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation while our Sniffspot is winterized. We’ve lowered our price for the season. We look forward to providing all of our typical amenities come warmer weather again! Our quiet, fully fenced (6’ privacy fence) 1 acre yard offers a variety of dog & human friendly spaces. There’s a secure entrance to the yard from a large circle driveway. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade. There’s plenty of dog toys and various water bowl zones.

Come visit BossFoxx Misfits private dog park/yard and enjoy approx 1/2 an acre of grassy yard with a large oak tree, beautiful scenery and treats for both dogs and humans alike! One senior dog/neighbor is visible 2-3 times per day for her potty breaks however she never approaches the fence and is only outside for a few minutes at a time. If your dog is reactive and with advanced notice I can make sure she is kept inside and not visible for the time period you are here. Lots of stuff to sniff... deer and squirrels seen daily. Springs that the dogs can drink from. Extra trailmarkers added to help you navigate. Lots of fun for your puppers and peace of mind for you, while we do have neighbors, there won't be close encounters but you may hear them on occasion, or see them driving past, though it is very private we are not completely isolated. No poop bags provided or needed, just make sure it's not where people walk. Half hour visits are available. Discount code for first time visitors. (Fall and winter slows the spring and shrinks the water hole) Me and my dog love it here and I hope you do too!

Nice size yard with pool...sit on the shaded patio or enjoy poolside swimming with your pup! Please...be sure pups know how to swim to the steps and do not try to climb out the side, scratching/damaging the lining. Please, no dirty paws on the furniture and no smoking. I know how difficult it was when I lived in my apartment to get my dogs out and running to exhaust some of their pent up energy. I loved when I saw this app and knew I could offer that space, away from other dogs like at the dog park for anyone to let their dogs run and have fun without the stress of being in a busy social environment. Welcome to our fenced yard where you can let your dogs run off leash and get some of their crazy energy out! *We do have a small chicken coop where you can see my flock. They are not able to get out and are secured during every visit.

My mother had a doggie daycare business on this property for almost 15 years. We have watched puppies grow to old dogs and have watched next generations come here. She has retired her business and now we have the land just for my 4 year old son and my dogs. Which he loves 😂 but we have room to share. An almost 1/2? acre fully fenced in area RIGHT NEXT TO 3000 acres of state park. You will feel like you are IN the forest. We are actually in EVANSBURG, which is on the Eagleville side of the Collegeville bridge. WE HAVE NOT USED ANY CHEMICALS on our yard for over 16 years.
