Hello! We are recent transplants to Jackson and already love it here. We are also new to sniffspot but love animals and would to have you let yours run free on our property. We have 5 acres open for you and your pet to experience. We have also recently cut a trail through our field and forest that makes for a nice hike with a medium amount of strenuousness. 3 laps is about a mile. You are welcome to go almost anywhere on the property. The tree line is a good guide as far as how wide the property extends. Parking: You can park anywhere in front of the garage or if comfortable, drive past the garage and park in the field (see pictures). If you need to pull onto the grass to turn around that is fine. The Barn: For safety reasons, please stay out of the barn. There are open steps in the barn and don’t want anyone hurt. Thank you. We do have some neighbor dogs that bark quite a bit but once you go past the garage, they will stop. Our house comes up quickly, so check the pictures for a picture of the front of our house.

We are right on the lake! If you want your dogs to swim, they must recall bc it’s not fenced in. In the summer we have a water hose, sprinkler, and wading pool. There is also a trampoline for the kids and some dogs love it too! There’s 2 tables (one with umbrella), a fire pit (no burn permit is required just no burning when it’s windy), a Blackstone griddle, trash cans, indoor restroom you can use (just knock), and most of the time close to dusk you can see deer!💜

There are cable spools, weave poles, a tunnel and a jump for your dog to use for confidence building and exercise! NOTE: This time of year, mushrooms grow in our yard after rain. We offer our 18 acres fenced in area. We specialize in reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have a huge tire and an A Frame ladder).

🌳🌲Welcome to Wynshire Woods! 🌲🌳 We feel so blessed to call this property our home, and would love for others to experience the beautiful nature we get to enjoy each day. Wynshire Woods includes over a mile of trails, fallen trees to sniff, hills to climb, and ravines to explore. Our 49 acre property is nestled in the woods, 1/4 of a mile off of the road with parking near our metal barn at the bottom of our driveway. We have over a mile of beautiful trails through hills and trees, with a short and long trail option. The long trail is about a mile long and takes 40-60 minutes to walk. The short trail is closer to 1/3-1/2 miles and takes around 25 minutes to walk. Take a break at the top of the first hill and relax in the hammock, taking in the peaceful nature around you. This is a great spot to bring a snack or picnic! We hope your dog(s) enjoy all the sights, sounds and smells throughout the woods- we have wild turkey, deer, many small wild animals to see, and and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. This is a completely unfenced property. We ask that all dogs are leashed or have a training collar for recall, as wildlife and farm animals are abundant on our property. Dogs MUST be safe with free range chickens and ducks i.e. NOT chase/hurt them. Part of the trail does go past our fenced goat area. We do have 4 dogs who are contained to an invisible fence which does not have access to the trails. As long as your dog does not come into their area, there will be no other dog interactions on our property.

Hi! We live in a super quiet neighborhood (other than noise from the highway)! Neither neighbor has dogs on either side, and we rarely ever even hear barking in the neighborhood. It is definitely not the biggest or most manicured property around here but it’s especially great for reactive dogs (like ours)! I hope you can enjoy our backyard! This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.

I live out in the country. In a separate fenced in area I have chickens, ducks, and geese. In a 6’ huge area I also have dogs. I put them in crates when I know someone is bringing their dogs. People could go into that huge 6’ fencing area. The problem would be they could step into my dogs poop. This huge area I’m letting people use is very wide and long. Not that pretty. The very back only has 4’ fencing. All the rest has 5’ fencing. I love it for just letting medium and small dogs run. Could be ok for large dogs as long as they are not jumpers. If my standard poodle ever wanted to get out of that area, she could. Never out of the six foot area. It is not what I have up there.

Hello! We have big open yard for doggos to run around in! So much room for zoomies and playing. Fully fenced in. We would love to say hi to your furry friends, let us know if that's okay beforehand! Otherwise, we will respect your space :) - Trash cans are on the outside of the garage on the far right side -Please bring a water bowl especially in the hotter months, the hose is on the south side of the house by the driveway! I used to leave a bowl out but not any more due to avoiding respiratory infections. - Plugs on side of garage and under a cover on the deck - Lights available for the deck and on the back of the garage, by request Please try to keep dogs out of the perennial garden by the deck as much as possible, although I understand it’s not plausible at all times. I don’t mind them sniffing in there, just don’t want any dogs running in there if possible Thank you!
