The Downtown Dog Park in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, is an unfenced park located at 400 S Second St. Dog owners must remove their dogs at the first sign of aggression and assume all risks. Dogs must be vaccinated and wear visible tags. Only dogs over 4 months are allowed, with no sick, injured, or dogs in heat permitted. Owners must control their dogs and clean up waste. Only two dogs per handler are allowed, and children under 16 must be supervised. The park does not allow professional training and prohibits pit bull/mix breeds. Amenities include small dog areas. Price to rent collars $3 per hour 3.5 acres Half of which are mowed weekly, and the other half is trees, tall grass, and a wet weather creek. We are not fenced in, but have a pet safe invisible fence with 2 collars that can be rented to use while here. We have a 4 year old German shepherd and a 1 year old Boston Terrier who love other dogs. You can request their presence, or we will put them up in the house while you're here. Play ball, fetch, or just run. Room to run, yes we have plenty of that. Fresh, clean water will be provided at all times for all pets.
