We are in beautiful WV. Our backyard is an oasis in the making we have 16 acres for you and your furry family member(s) to enjoy. There is a running stream surrounding our property and a trail you can explore. We host : - retreats for veterans with PTSD - couples retreats - camping in the summer w/ fireworks - movie nights under the stars - weddings - banquets We are family friendly; There is a little playground and lawn games. Our peaceful, private and beautiful 100+ acre farm is a haven for dogs and their human companions alike! Acres of open fields, trails through the woods, and a lovely valley with a stream meandering through are all that await you and your four legged friends! Maps and descriptions, along with a cooler containing snacks and water are provided upon your arrival. It is gorgeous out here in all seasons- plenty of shade in the summer, and wide open spaces for dogs to run free. So much to enjoy and explore here- come and see for yourself! Note: we do have 2 geese which may be heard somewhat in the distance. However, you will not see them nor any other domestic animals while here, since the Sniffspot is quite far away from the homestead.

Our property is at the end of the road. Sits on 4 acres. Ample parking for anything under 35 foot long. Boarders coopers rock state “research” forrest. Which isn’t identified on your typical state park map. We have access to 8 miles of hiking trails. Our dog cooper is always available to play. We support unleashed free roaming dogs but they must have owner recall. All state parks laws apply to dog owners who leave the property.
