8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's plenty of grassy areas to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. The way to operate the water pump is to pull the lever up and all the way back and wait a few seconds and the water will come out the hose. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool is closed for winter but will reopen in April 2025. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round. We ask that you try to keep your dogs from playing on the pool cover.

1 acre, fenced front yard! (with option for HEATED pool use from May 1-Oct 1) Feel free to use any balls and toys in the yard or on the porch. Enjoy a rest on the porch or picnic under the trees. I hope you’ll enjoy the quiet peaceful neighborhood and the mountain view. You may message me to invite my dog to play! Maisie is 50 lbs and energetic. Let me know if your dog would like a playmate! There is a water spigot on the porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!) POOL USE DETAILS: Pool is available via the “Extras” menu. Be sure to read descriptions for each option and message me with questions. •I also use Swimply for human only pool rental- and I have kids who use the pool. Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and is fully fenced but the back yard itself is unfenced and is not available for use. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need! This is my back yard. I have a friendly medium sized dog who will be inside during your visit. I work from home most days. The pool is not open for humans and dogs this season. I ask that you keep the gate closed at all times.
