55My dogs had an amazing time! Taryn’s yard is very large with plenty of toys and water. The fence was secure.
Taryn went above and beyond to let me know the yard had a bit of mud from rain, which was not a problem but I appreciated the heads up so I could cover the car seats.
I would highly recommend bringing your dogs! Sarah W.

55Nice spot to let the dogs run and play! Secured fencing, my dogs were safe to play and had a great time. There is plenty of seating to sit and watch the dogs play too! There were some dogs and chickens out next to part of the yard, not a problem for my dogs, but something to keep in mind. Good distraction for training practice.K K.

55Definitely a rustic place, but I loved the no thrills of it. Millie had an absolute blast. So much room for her to run and sniff. Bringing a ball for fetch was pointless because there was so much for Millie to see and inspect. She ran along the fence with a neighbor dog. She was very interested in the chickens and wasn't sure what to think of the horses. Taryn brought out fresh water for Millie and was very nice. There were plenty of places for me to sit, both in the sun and the shade. As one other review mentioned, this would be a great place for distraction training. One corner near the chickens was muddy following the rain, but Millie didn't care and I had a towel to wipe her down. Millie was asleep 5 minutes into the ride home. We will be back. Bethany S.

FAQ about our Richburg dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 97% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Richburg area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 188 fully fenced dog parks in the area.
