Hot drinks (tea and hot chocolate) come standard with visits on days below 45 degrees. Stay warm! Hi! I'm Alyssa, a rescue dog owner with a ~1/3 acre yard perfect for your dog to enjoy! We have a mix of gardens, grass, mulch, and leaf areas great for sniffing and playing fetch and a bin full of fun toys and treats. We have a special basket of small dog toys upon request. We provide cold water for humans, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. We spray our yard every 5 weeks with a natural oil mix to help reduce mosquitos, fleas, and ticks. Reactive dog owners should note that our neighbors on both sides have dogs that may or may not be outside during your visit. They are all friendly but will probably bark to say hello or run the fenceline with your dog. (No dogs live in the yard with the chain link which is newly covered). I recommend leaving your dog on a leash to walk the yard perimeter and ensure they're ok with neighbors' dogs. We provide a bucket of extra treats to help with training and distraction. Our girl loves a "sniffari" where you hide treats around the yard to sniff out. ⭐️ Important notes ⭐️ 🐶 All dogs must be FULLY vaccinated (Rabies, Parvo, Bordetella, DHPP, Lepto encouraged) Please do not book unless you are sure your dog has all their shots. Puppies less than 4 months old that are still building up vaccines should stay at home. 🐕‍🦺 Dogs MUST be leashed when entering and exiting the yard. Our neighbor across the street has a few outdoor cats we want to keep safe and our neighbors walk their dogs on the street. 🍃 Please do not let your dog eat or chew any of the plants in the yard. No excessive digging. 🌻 Please do not enter the gated garden area on the other side of the house. (There are no birds in the coop right now) Per Sniffspot's rules, no alcohol is allowed, and please no smoking. 🚩 We reserve the right to ban any guests who break these rules. Come play ball or work on your recall training in this 2,800 sq ft spot that is mostly flat. The backyard is often very quiet and backs onto a low traffic alley. There is plenty of street parking. We hope to add more amenities in the near future. Let us know what you’d like to see!

Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a basket of toys and baggies, so feel free to use any of it plus the pooper scoopers/hose etc.

Dogs love my sniff-tastic space! I hope you'll visit my large, fully enclosed half-acre yard. It has everything a pup could ask for: an open clearing for zoomies or game of fetch, shady woods and nooks and crannies to investigate, SO MANY critter sniff trails, and dirt, leaves and grass to dig in! It's also a great space for humans of all sizes to explore! You can even try your hand at a game of bocci ball while you're here in our gravel court! Easy side-street parking on Kamankeag makes accessing the yard through the back gate a piece of cake! *OUR FENCING IS NOT SUITABLE FOR VERY SMALL DOGS OR ESCAPE ARTISTS.*

Khepri Lee is a secluded property over 1.5 acres and your dog is free to roam half the property (please keep activities to the left of the home). It's partially fenced with plenty of room to park, throw Frisbees or just to let your pup get the zoomies out with out the distraction of other pets. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the city.

Hello! Welcome to our yard! Fully fenced, partially grassed. We have a strip of concrete down the middle but that doesn’t stop the zoomies! Trash can on premises to throw your dog poop away, please bring bags or text me if you don’t have any with you. I will be purchasing some dog toys and will have those available for use! Dog water bowl provided, there is a hose if you need more water. We are usually home if you need anything!

It’s actually 2000sq ft but app didn’t give that option. Fully fenced and upkept for your furbaby to run n play safely. I had custody of my son’s reactive pit Cali so I totally understand the need for these areas. I tried a couple time to take her to a regular/public dog park and it was HORRIBLE! That’s why I decided not only to do this and offer my space but to name it after that sweet snuggle butt that is no longer with us. Hope you come soon and enjoy!!!!

Beautiful spacious yard that we barely use. It's about a half acre with part flat, open land in the front and a more woody area in the back. The layout is perfect if your furry friend desires multiple land textures. There is a seated swing for the adults as well as a play area for children. The entire area is gated. Parking is located on a strip just in front of the yard. This area is perfect to give your dog exercise with games such as fetch or to just run around and explore.

Plenty of room to zoom around and play ball. Lots of grass to sniff and sticks to find! Fully fenced in yard with chain link fence that is 4 feet tall. Seating areas on deck lounge on the couch or sit at the table And chairs. Additional seating area around fire pit (but please no fires!). Our resident dog Lola loves to play fetch and find sticks in the yard. Sometimes there’s even a squirrel to chase! Shared fence with Neighbors on the right side (no dog), and behind (small dog that is shy). This yard is not ideal for escape artists

We are located just up the street from Pony Pasture park! We have a fully (newly) fenced in back yard that has yet to be landscaped since we moved in last year - perfect for dogs that need to let out their zoomies. The yard is shaded about 80% of the day. We have our own 2yo pitty named Asher who is happy to share his yard (don’t worry he will be inside at all times) - we have poop bags and bug spray for your use. Please pickup after your pet!
