I have 3.24 acres that is unfenced for now that I own in sunset Texas. I am looking at purchasing the 4 acres next to my property to add to it. We are in the country off a dirt road. We have lots of space and open area for dogs to play. We do have stickers that are getting treated and we are trying to get rid of them so I don’t recommend any dogs that are long haired. We have three dogs on property as well as a goat, 20 chickens, and 6 snakes inside. I have access to a water spicket outside to fill up a water bowl if needed. Entire 10 acres is fenced off for the ultimate off leash exploration. Heavily wooded in parts, open fields, flowers, streams, trails and more. We also have a separate fenced off play yard attached to a climate controlled building if you and your pup aren’t completely ready for 10 acres of off leash freedom just yet. Come play, explore, or train. I’ve set this place up specifically for dogs! The more interest I have, the more amenities I will add to improve people, and their pups experience. I do recommend dressing appropriately for tall grass, walking on rough terrain, and through wooded areas. I also highly recommend having your pup on flea and tick prevention as well. We include the FULL nature experience, which includes ticks. If you, and your pup explore any of the wooded areas be fair warned there might be tiny little hitchhikers that may go home with you as our own little parting gifts to say thank you for coming! Although not everyone will go home with our own special little parting gifts, if you do happen to find one, just know, you were the chosen one.
