There is plenty of parking. Our fenced yard is about 2 acre. There is also a chicken run fenced separately where your dog can check out some chickens. The entrance to the yard is a gate between the house and garage. Please replace the carribeaner when you leave. And have fun!

Large and long space to run and play, can accommodate several dogs together. Shaded areas, sunny areas, areas with sticks and limbs. Nothing fancy but great for dog play. Mostly flat. Mostly mowed but small areas with tall grass sometimes for hiding since some dogs really know that. The spot is outside so there are bugs present sometimes certain times of the year- ticks, spiders, mosquitos, flies, gnats, etc. We are also directly next door to a lake which can increase the amount of mosquitos because they are attracted to water, please plan accordingly and bring bug repellant. Quiet area, very close to 264. The little swimming pool pictures is not typically present. *This is not doggie daycare- owners must be present with their pet(s) at all times. Outbuildings and cellar are private- no people or pets are to enter the those spaces. If children are present they are welcome to play on the playground at their own risk*. *** Coming soon- bug spray, gazebo with netting, agility training items, and poop baggies *** Absolutely no smoking on property.

We live off a private drive with 30 acres of woods. We have both a 5 ft fenced in front yard plus in the process of fencing in the open acerage in back yard. We also have trails on our property that you can walk/hike while observing wildlife. We are currently cleaning our large kiddie pool that had been used previously for our big dogs. We can provide Johnsons Baby shampoo and towels if you would like to give your dog a bath in it. We will have camping chairs available to sit and relax while watching your dog run around our fenced in yard. We will also provide bottles of water for you to drink if thirsty besides bucket of fresh water for your dog/dogs. There are ticks in the woods so be sure to have flea/tick preventative on your dog/dogs.

This land provides all terrain options for whatever your dog desires. You can stay close to your car in a field setting or walk deep into the valley to explore the creek bed on a hot day. I have built 4 campsites on the property (also for rent,) so there are 4 unique sitting spots, hammocks, tables, and fire pits. We have 2 golden retrievers (1M/1FM, both fixed) and a golden doodle (1m/fixed) who can either be put in the house during your visit or come socialize, whatever you prefer. I have cans of tennis 🎾 balls for you to play with your pup. Take one to use and take it home with you. We are a doggie daycare open during the day. We are available for Sniffspot rental after 5PM until 8PM Monday-Thursday. Friday-Sunday after 5PM until 9PM.
