Really great spot. Although it’s not fenced the way the land slopes makes it feel nicely contained. Katie’s grandad welcomed us and he was super nice! We’ll be back!

This was a great spot for pups. It had everything we need - quiet atmosphere, plenty of room, and between the plants and wildlife, so many interesting smells! It's a beautiful property, and having a safe space for our older pups to explore is priceless! Will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved it! It was very safe and even though it wasn’t fenced in, it was far enough from the road and other houses to not even worry. The views were absolutely amazing and my dog loved all the rabbits and critters in the weeds. It was very clean, well maintained and all around so nice! After an hour of being there my dog was exhausted. I also loved the response time when I was messaging with Katie the day of booking a time. The directions for where to park were accurate and I really appreciated that Katie left a bowl and a fresh water jug out for my dog. It was very thoughtful and I will definitely be going back!

This property is fantastic! The hill blocks out the road and you can get pretty far away. It backs up to wetland/stream area that has a lot of waterfowl which my pup loved to watch. We will definitely be back!

THE BEST sniff spot!! The property had wide grassy trails for our Golden to zoom around until she plopped down under a shady tree. The view was spectacular to our human eyes as well. Beautiful for both dogs and their owners. Thanks Katie!

I enjoy this sniffspot. Going in the mid afternoon, when the sun warms the ground and it can get squishy. (Particularly after the rain-human didn't really consider that) At this time of year, the impenetrable tall grass is laying down, so the terrific mowed in trails aren't there as keeping dog out of tall grass. I kept both my Aussie/Blue Heeler and Rough Collie on leash, cause I didn't want soaking wet/muddy/dogs in the car. So we walked around on leash, did some hill work. I saw a horse across the street, and was enjoying looking at the horse, transporting myself back to working with horses. The Collie fluffed out every hair, talking, the Aussie/Blue Heeler joined in, cause well, gotta support your buddy. So laughter, hill work staying on the leash. We will go back again of course, the human will pay better attention to the weather. The dogs still enjoyed something different

Tundra (my dog) enjoyed our visit. In fact, Tundra grinned the whole time and I feel like an extraordinary human for my dog. Who doesn’t want that? There are some burdock plants, so if your dog luuves brushing against everything to get the best poop spot, pee with juuust the right aim….(a Rough Collie I walk with is one of these who is also magnetically attracted to poison Ivy) Tundra loves this sniff spot

My human took me to the best place today. There were new smells, hills to run, no leash so I didn’t have to wait on my human. She brought the good rewards too-so I didn’t chase the scent to the next farm. The freedom to run, smell, pee on things, and love how much my human cares for me. Mowed grass trails through tall grass and trees. The space is immaculate, well kept and we enjoyed ourselves. What’s nice about the tall grass sides of mowed trails, the vines and thickness make it less fun for your dog to continue romping off the trail.

Our first time using Sniff Spot and we will definitely do this again. We loved having such a large area to let our pup just run free to his hearts content. It was nice that the property had mowed trails to walk on and the large open field. It’s a nice place to give your dog some open space to just explore and run free.

This place is great!! I'm teaching my dog to walk off leash and this was ideal. There are lovely mowed trails and my dogs loved all the wildlife smells. The best part about this is I didn't have to worry about unexpectedly running into dogs, like on a hiking trail, so I could focus on the off leash training.

This was our very first sniff spot adventure and it was great! A lovely mowed looping trail that takes about 15 minutes to walk. We did the loop twice. Our dog Boo loved it and was well tired out by the end of the second loop! Highly recommend!

Max really had a great time walking through all the paths all around the property. Area is well maintained and clean. Max is a reactive dog so any other dogs bother him. No issues. we had a great time. We'll be back.
