Additionally, a sturdy tug toy is available to keep them entertained and active. Total privacy is guaranteed with our white solid fencing, offering a secure and serene setting for your pet to roam freely. Our fully fenced yard and pool area provides your pup room to splash, sun bathe and explore off-leash. With lots of trees on multiple sides of the property, shady spots can be found all day as the sun rotates across the sky. The seating area on the south end of the pool offers a nice view of Mt. Olympus. Please note there is no grass in the backyard. Humans are permitted to join their pups in the water but we would ask that only adults enter the pool. The pool is 6ft deep at the deepest point, 9ft wide and 28 ft long. There are also a series of ledges/ large steps on the shallow end of varying depths for dogs who might need a rest or want to ease their way into the water. With cold temps in UT in fall & winter, our Sniffspot will be shut down starting in mid-October and re-open in April/ May (weather dependent).

**Due to the nationwide atypical canine infectious respiratory disease, we have reduced available amenities. Please plan to bring your own water and bowl.** This yard has manicured grass, large fruit trees which offer shade in the warmer months, a variety of plants to provide different scents, and a dirt corner for dogs which love to dig! It's large enough to play fetch, let dogs play together, or just allow them to explore without fear of losing track of them.

We have a nice covered seating area for humans (please be mindful of dogs dirty paws!) and an optional pool for dogs! Please let us know in advance if you would like us to set up the dog pool for extra charge. Note: pool not available during winter months

My yard always has some shade. By about 3 p.m. the entire backyard is mostly shady. Parking is usually on the street. Occasionally, there will be parking available next to the carport. Entrance to the backyard is next to the carport on the west side of the house.

Our yard is a great spot for dogs to get some exercise in a safe, fully-fenced area. We’ve also got a shaded spot where you can relax while your pup explores and plays. We do Rover so we tend to have 1-6 other very dog friendly dogs around, including ours, for socializing. We also can keep them indoors if you prefer a private yard. Large fully fenced, dog proof yard with grass area, wild area and treed area. We have a very big water trough, big enough for dogs to lay down or splash in on hot days. The water goes through a UV light and bio filter for clean safe water. We keep yard clean. Plenty of space to throw balls. Or just sit back and relax while your dog has some fun.

Large fully fenced in yard, I play fetch with my dog in it all the time! Use it as you please; individual play with just you and your dog, play dates, dog parties! You name it. I have a very friendly dog as well if you ever need a playmate for dogs learning to socialize. This is a great option as opposed to a dog park - if you don’t want to worry about paying fees or finding random fields to play in, where animal control will come and try to ticket you. There is also parking available in the driveway.

Our beautiful backyard is fully enclosed for medium to large dogs. Smaller dogs have slipped though the fence slats at the back of the property. You get to enjoy to pool and the grass. Dogs can even get adventurous in the jungle we lovingly call "the grove" made up of shrub oak and aspens. Please note: smaller dogs can fit through the fence slats at the back of the property.

NOTE: We will be closing the spot for the winter season, and will reopen sometime in May. WE WILL LET YOU KNOW WHEN WE HAVE REOPENED OUR SPOT!!! Absolutely no more than 5 human guests. Trampoline is not for use for safety and liability reasons. Beautifully landscaped 1/2 acre lot with lots of area for your pups to play in. We have a creek that your pups can play in that we can turn on or off at your request. Beautiful, peaceful environment for your dogs, and you! Wi-Fi is available if wanted. Plus many more amenities.

Our backyard is the perfect place for your pup. It doesn't have any landscaping we are worried about being dug up or destroyed. We don't own dogs. Our neighbors that are on the north side with the see through chain link fence don't have dogs. I think the neighbors on the other side of the fence that had slats might have a dog.

Come bring your dogs and join us in our yard. We live on a .25 acre lot, not sure the exact size of our yard but it’s a good size. Decent size for a salt lake county home. We bought this 1985 home so that we could have a decent size yard for our dog and future children.
