Hand wipes, first aid kit, chuckit + chuckit balls. A bathing station with dog shampoo and deodorizing spray. Kiddie pools. Multiple treat buckets, feel free to give your dog as many as you want. Child free home. We have a cat and a dog. The cat is indoor only, and the dog is at daycare during the week until 5:30. If you book on the weekends, he will be kept inside far away from the yard or will be gone on his own adventure. This is a nice quiet neighborhood, but it still is a neighborhood. So you and your dog may see/ hear people and/or dogs while you are here. This is not just our yard; it is our field to the side of our house and a little more than half an acre is fenced. Another 5 1/2 acres offers privacy and serenity. Feel free to let your pet run through the fenced field and dig in the garden. They love sniffing all of the plants and running the rows . We don’t mind! There are plenty of interesting areas for your pet to explore and run and a lot for them to sniff and explore. The field is mowed weekly and may have some bare spots and occasionally dog poop. We are not UPSCALE. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. There is fun for Small and Large dogs. We are located in Southern Guilford County, just 2 miles off Interstates 85 and 73 and 5 miles from Wendover Ave with easy access. We have a water spigot on the property, free puppy pool, hose and spraying fire hydrant. We now have the Sunflower She Shed with an 8 foot covered porch with fan and an air conditioned and heated interior room with refrigerator and snacks to purchase. There is a wonderful glider in the shade, several benches with cushions, a hammock, zero gravity recliner, pillows and a lounging blanket are always included. I would love to share my yard to other fur babies and their parents. 🐶 My home is located 16 minutes away from Carolina veterinary specialist in Greensboro, 7 minutes from petco in kernersville and 5 minutes from tractor supply ( BATHS! ) off union cross! • Parking is available onsite ( please do not block driveway as i do have people coming in and out of driveway. ) • Water spigot is available on the side of the mini home in the backyard. (Animal drinking water only. Please do not bathe animals.) • There is a table on the back deck with chairs available. • Outlet available.

Lower property offers lake views and animal access from shore (people are not allowed to wade). 5+ acres are mowed, and an additional 2+ acres of trails and foot paths. Quiet and serene location far from roadways or neighbors. Let your dog run leash free or bring your GPS, wireless electric fencing system with you, and relax while your dog roams and discovers. We are animal friendly, but dogs will be inside or gone, and cats will either be inside or find trees while your pet enjoys the space. We do have a pool that is not dog friendly.
