Easy access with option of yards. We did meet the neighbour’s dog but the bark fest didn’t last long. The girls ran their lil hearts out and were pooped after 30 mins 😆

What an amazing first SniffSpot experience. I just turned 12 and I wanted a safe place to adventure and celebrate in. This was a perfect spot for me, getting to check out a new environment with the freedom of no distractions. The host left me a little goodie bag, and they were such delicious treats. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Most definitely recommend this SniffSpot. There are two yards to go on a fantastic sniffari in, a fire pit to run circles in, and so many trees to hide from your parents if you desire. Definitely add this location to your checklist of spots to visit. Four paws up and two high paws! 🐾 Mya (seniors still love to play too)

What a beautiful great, safe space for dogs to hang round! Patrick’s directions were great - location was super easy to find. We heard the neighbour dog, but didn’t see him and my older girl wasn’t even phased by it. Both girls had so much fun - sniffing everything and chasing a frisbee like crazy ladies. 12/10 would recommend and we’re looking forward to our next visit. Thanks for having us!

Really lovely spot! Appreciated the lush trees for our pup to explore. There are 2 gated portions to this spot, both lovely. The neighbors dog can be heard barking and when it saw us in the back portion it did come over to investigate, it stopped barking when its owners asked, this personally wasn’t a problem for us as my dog was redirected and uninterested however if you have a dog that would be triggered by seeing another barking dog I would avoid the further fenced portion although the first area would be more than adequate! My pup also LOVED the frisbee! Great spot

We had a great time:) Very clean with much to explore and space to run! The neighbours dog did bark but was well contained and away from us. Gave my guy an opportunity to practice listening to me rather than trying to bark at another dog! Really nice space. We will be back!

Another awesome visit to Patrick's beautiful property!! Definitely bring your dog here if you want a tired pup! Physically and mentally stimulating the whole time! Oreo loves running around the perimeter of the wooded areas searching for sticks lol Thanks again Patrick!

Beautiful fully fenced well maintained property. There are 2 fenced in areas to use. My dogs had a blast! Patrick was very responsive to messages and was an excellent host. Will definitely be back!

On our visit today the wading pool was filled in a shady spot and my guy loved it! Toys, including ball and thrower are readily available. We also explored the second yard today. Great space! The pool was perfect for this humid day! Thanks Patrick!

What a great spot this is! Completely fenced & there is lots of grassed area for straight away zoomies & also lots of bushed area to explore & sniff around. I wish this was my backyard! Patrick is super nice & helpful with directions & instructions. Thank you for making your great yard available for dogs to explore & play! We’ll be back for sure. 👍🏻😃

We have so enjoyed this spot! Well kept, well stocked with toys and a shallow wading pool. So much space for zombies and fetch! Today we found treats and a ball left for us before we head back west tomorrow! Next time we are in town we will be back for sure.

Took my dog and a couple of his dog friends to Patrick’s spot with the goal of tiring one of the dog’s out before his dental surgery tomorrow. And wow! What a great place! Lots of places to sniff and explore and the back area is awesome for running and playing fetch!

The property is large, secure and beautiful. Unfortunately I couldn't go in last minute due to an unforseen emergency with my dogs and I graciously received a refund. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I brought our dog, and my sister met us there with hers, and the pups loved it! 2 huge well maintained areas to run around, and we felt so comfortable knowing it was fully fenced so no worry of escape! Neither of us have seen our dogs run like that in a long time! 10/10 would visit again!
