Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Our backyard is about 1/4 acre fenced in with a gate that you can drive through in the event that you don’t want to leash up your dog to walk them into the backyard. We have a total of 3.5 acres with a path through the woods if you want a mini nature walk. The barn is accessible within the fenced area and we have a covered porch off the back of the house. There’s plenty of shade under the mature trees and chairs can be set out by request. The yard is treated 2x per year with non toxic, human and dog safe diatomaceous earth to deter fleas and ticks. This is a great find! We live in the middle of farm land, not a lot of sniffing - exploring to do. Lulu was in heaven with the woods and surrounded land. She LOVED being g off leash to roam (within eyesight of me, she is a hound dog after all) I take her camping and hiking in the woods but always on a leash. We will be back!

Fairly easy to navigate we found the picnic table and the pond, the dogs loved swimming in the water and could easily get back out. They have a nice path mowed down in the field area to walk around. would recommend hiking boots or sneakers you don't care about. Will be coming back 10/10 💕

Having two anxious dogs it can be hard to find a space that you don’t have to worry about triggers, but we had a peaceful adventure together without any concerns. We didn’t explore as much as we wished because of the wet weather (mud) but we went knowing this would be the case and it was still enjoyable. Perfect vacation stop for my girl and my parents reactive dog. There is plenty of space to roam and explore without seeing/hearing other people or dogs. We really enjoyed the shaded/forest area since my malamute mix prefers cooler weather.
