It’s a beautiful day to be outside. Dog and humans had a great time as always! Host even left a bag of goodies (chocolates and hand sanitizer). It’s a very sweet gesture and it’s very much appreciated.

We absolutely love this spot, and Grace is the sweetest host. We try to come out as much as possible! The area is so large and gorgeous, the perfect escape.

55This was an amazing experience and everything we'd hope for! We have a beagle and a greyhound and fenced spaces are all we can explore. The entire area is well fenced and virtually every size of dog should not have any problems with the site. The only area of concern I had (and this is because I'm quite paranoid about my beagle leaving me and not coming back) is right when you enter. You cross a stream and then move away from it up into the main area. Dogs leave it behind and don't focus on it because in front of them is an amazing forest! I was kind of worried that if my dogs went into the stream, they might go far enough down it to make it out of the fenced area. Grace can answer if the stream is fenced across it, but I wouldn't think it is. Even my dogs with nearly zero recall, stayed out and it wasn't an issue at all. I say all of this because I think it is a great space for hound dogs to go off leash and there are so few places for that but wanted to give the caveot. It's a non issue for the vast majority of dogs. Even we found our dogs ignored it and moved on to the forest. They even stayed in sight of us throughout the forest and still went about exploring and zooming! They don't have much recall, but kept track of their parents rather well. It was such a fun way to find that they could. I recommend this space for everyone and it's a great space to bring friends along. Glad the booking is for an hour. Mapquest your trip the day before so you know how long it takes to get there so you don't miss any of your time! My trip there took 45 minutes and very well worth it! What a truly amazing spot!! This beautiful forested area was exactly what Milo and I were looking for to escape city life for a little while. Tons of space to run around and explore. Grace was the most wonderful host and even left a treat for both of us. We will definitely be back!

My dog loved running around here! The stream was such a nice feature, just big enough to be exciting for her but still safe. Plenty of space to run around and I enjoyed the benches for a little break. An hour flew by, we'll be back.

We LOVED this sniffspot! It has so much diversity! We had expected it to be a bit on the mucky side since it had been raining for the past 5 days straight, but there were only 2 spots that were a little muddy, but we were able to just walk around them. I felt like my little guy was safe to run around all he wanted and it was very clean. These are the 2 most important factors to me, safety and cleanliness and this spot got the full 5 stars for both!

Wow- this spot is immaculate! It is large, private, securely fenced, beautiful, and well groomed. The trails are perfect for running and playing with your pup, and the exciting features of the lot are enough to keep you and your pup entertained for hours. I felt extremely secure with my semi reactive dog. Grace went above and beyond as a host, with a very adorable welcome and easy to follow instructions. My tired pup and I could not recommend this spot enough!

Are dog fields safe?

If you are looking for an adventure, but also looking for safety, Sniffspot dog fields are a great option. While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, distracted dog owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private space for just you and doggy friends you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). Especially for training, privacy is ideal. How do I know if a dog field works for my dog?

All park rental information is available online. Start by filtering parks by fencing, size and distractions, to find a private spot that works for your dog. If your dog has poor recall, you can visit one of our secure fields. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our dog fields where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can review the details of the listing to make sure it works as your desired activity space, for example, safe dog exercise, dog training, a stress-free adventure with your furry friend or even a puppy event. You can even check the park amenities chart for amenities such as indoor training facilities, agility field, synthetic turf, exercise balls or field parking availability in advance. If inclement weather is an issue or poor field conditions, you can reschedule your visit up to 2 hours in advance.

What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot dog field?

We require that all four-legged friends have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Make sure to check host rules before visiting to ensure, for instance, that you are following allowable sports activities rules and any special events rules.

Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot field at the same time as me?

No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area. Some hosts may have multiple fields, but there is always a buffer between fields.
