Our quiet, fully fenced (6’ privacy fence) 1 acre yard offers a variety of dog & human friendly spaces. There’s a secure entrance to the yard from a large circle driveway. There is a deck with table, seating, and umbrellas, a small pond, a screened in gazebo with a fan and seating, a hammock area, a shaded doggy hangout, and a fire pit with seating. We have a variety of surfaces: concrete sidewalk, mulch landscaping beds, dirt holes for digging, wood deck with rugs, gravel beds, and plenty of grass! The yard is lined with large trees for shade. There’s plenty of dog toys and various water bowl zones.

Large suburban yard, lots of great bushes to sniff, shady most of the day except high noon, baby pools available to fill, very low-key and relaxed. Perfect place for dogs without having to drive out of the way!

Lots of stuff to sniff... deer and squirrels seen daily. Springs that the dogs can drink from. Trailmarkers to help you navigate. Lots of fun for your puppers and peace of mind for you, while we do have neighbors, there won't be close encounters but you may hear them on occasion, or see them driving past, though it is very private we are not completely isolated. There is no better exercise experience for your dog(s) than having fun running, swimming and enjoying the outdoors! Our fully fenced in yard is located in Eagleville, Pa. Parking is available in our driveway-up to 3 cars. This is a private yard with no other dogs on the property. Pool is included in the hourly fee up until 9/15. We do ask that you brush your dog before coming to swim. We have plenty of toys for your dog, including balls, rafts for the pool and more! Treats and access to water to make sure your dog(s)stays well feed and hydrated! Come play and watch your dog wag more and bark less! 😉🐾❤️

A huge tree was removed not too long ago. There is still chips that have to be cleaned up in the middle of the yard. Otherwise there’s chairs around a fire pit where you may relax and a huge umbrella that can give you shade. There’s is also a hammock you may enjoy! Do bring bug spray because there are some mosquitos.

MuckMeister Farm's SniffSpot is a converted horse pasture. No horses occupy this spot, and there is a small field separating the fence lines. Our fencing is black PVC "no climb" with four white coated wires for extra security and visibility.

We have 6ft privacy vinyl fence and 4ft vinyl post and rail along with military grade 2x2 wire to keep the smallest pups safe including our own 3lb fur babies. We have two gates, lots of grass and open space to run or throw a ball. Chemical free. We have two hammocks, a cafe table with two chairs, children’s picnic table and patio furniture you are welcome to along with a horseshoe pit. There are two water faucets one on each side of the house you are welcome to use just please turn the water off when done. There is also a large bowl near the faucet if you need to borrow. There is a plastic bag hanging on the metal tree for poop bag waste and a pooper scooper next to it. Have fun and enjoy your time with your pup. Please give us a notice before coming.

Our sniff spot is a fully fenced in area that is a great place to be with your dog !!!! There is some ferny rock climbing for the adventurous and some areas where your dog will enjoy running around ! Some toys are available just please be respectful and put everything back where you found it ! Hope This brings some peace of mind for your dog to run about and play in a safe fenced in environment!

Come relax by a tranquil pond and waterfall with over a 1/2 acre of scenic running grounds for your fur buddy. There is plenty of parking, fully fenced yard and lots of trees for territory marking opportunities. Yet, wide open spaces for ball throwing, chasing, or getting the zoomies. No dogs live on the property (she recently left this world), so there is plenty of privacy. An almost 1/2? acre fully fenced in area RIGHT NEXT TO 3000 acres of state park. You will feel like you are IN the forest. We are actually in EVANSBURG, which is on the Eagleville side of the Collegeville bridge. WE HAVE NOT USED ANY CHEMICALS on our yard for over 16 years.
