Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

This is located in the middle of an industrial area of Youngstown. As you go up the drive you'll find that the city slips away as you suddenly find yourself in a different peaceful world. Overgrown brush and woods completely surround the property. You'll find a hilly field scattered with a few trees. There is a small shallow creek running along one side of the perimeter.

We own approximately 7 acres in Franklin Park that is mostly flat with some hills. Approximately 3 acres of flat pasture, and 4 acres of woods that circle the property and behind the home. There is a stream that flows through the property which borders the pasture entering the woods and a bridge to cross. Hills naturally fence in the property and will keep your pup safe. There is plenty of room for any dog, kids, and family to play! Feel free to use the hammock and garden table in the woods to relax. Also, your children are welcome to use our Club house/Swing Set, roller coaster, or pretend house at your own risk. Looking for an escape from the busy city? Or maybe you live in a neighborhood with a pup that likes hiking? Then look no further! This wooded play spot has endless trails, wildlife, and serenity! Take a peaceful walk on the trails and listen to the birds chirp in the trees. Maybe you have an older pup and hikes aren't really their thing anymore... that's okay too! We have a large field that they lounge in the sun with their favorite toy or play some fetch! We are a farm, and we do have animals. So, I ask that you PLEASE keep your dog(s) away from the horse's pasture and the chickens' coops! They will be in their respective areas, and wish to enjoy their time to enjoy the sunshine too! I have an enormous fenced-in yard. I’ve been working hard on getting it ready for doggy visitors. The ground can be a bit uneven, so please watch your steps. The gophers seems to dig holes faster than I can fill them, so running (for humans) is not advised. The best parking is at the corner and SniffSpot guests have their own gated entry at the far end of the property. Please don’t not park in front of the houses directly across the street, those neighbors are territorial about their parking spots and are not polite about it. If the private entrance is too steep for you or if the path is slick, please feel free to use the gates at the front of the house and garden entrance. The secondary gate just pushes away. The pup fountain can be used by turning on the faucet at the house, and you’re welcome to hook up and use the pup splash pad which is folded and placed on the doghouse.

Be ready to have fun in the best yard which is fenced but is right behind mill creek park (one of the best parks in USA) the sound of water will calm the dog and the owners.

Fully fenced in backyard with “puppy bars” so it will keep both big and small dogs in! Mix of shade and sun. Perfect place if you have reactive dogs that you would like to let run off leash and gets lots of sniffs of trees & plants and chase a couple birds. We do have 3 dogs that will be inside while your dogs are there. *PLEASE READ* We clean our yard as often as we can but we cannot guarantee that there will be no poop/ toys in the yard, especially on short notice, as we have 3 dogs of our own that are out often when guests are not here. We ask that you do not go on the deck but feel free to swing in the swing!

Please read this in its entirety as it gives parking info etc! Fully fenced back yard. Doggy agility course is for FUN ONLY! Please do not force your dog to participate but enjoy the obstacles. Please read each description of the obstacle and positively encourage play. We may not always be home so we have bottled water for your pups to enjoy and a bowl present for your use! If home, we will provide water in the bowl. Please park in the gravel portion of the drive and enter the yard at the gate where Snoopy is! Lock it behind you please! Extra poop bags are available and can be disposed of in the green garbage cans in the driveway. Thanks for being neat and tidy!

Back yard is about 3/4 to an acre fully fenced. There is an above ground pool with a fence around the deck. Small dogs will be able to sneak through the pool deck fence so use caution with smaller pups. We block the deck off with all the pool junk best we can. Depending on if we are home the yard is always picked up before each guest and fresh water put out for your pup. If you need to book with shorter notice, send me a message and see if I can make accommodations. I also block time off to mow grass or if we are using the pool. A lot of the time I am done early so you can always message me and we can see if it’s available. Any questions just ask :)
