We are open to visitors using our 12 acres of open field space, 3 acre pond, almost a half mile of stream, and 3 acres of woods. Trails move you around the pond and up into the woods. Please follow the signs and do not disturb the owners at house. Owners may come say hi, but please abide by signage on trails. Beach area of pond has seating areas, hammock, and fire pit. There is also a seating area and rope swing. Visitors are not permitted to fish in pond.

Welcome to Greek Lake Acres! We are located in Stephens City and we have 23 acres in total. About 5 acres are open grassy fields with an acre sized pond for swimming in the middle, surrounded by woods, complete with a few trails. Disclaimer: there is slight construction happening to the house, which is several hundred yards away from where you will be playing. With that being said, you MAY hear machines, saws, hammering during construction. With the distance it is unlikely you will hear anything but I wanted to set a warning out so everyone is aware of the possibility Feel free to message me after booking for directions- GPS can sometimes try to take you through Lake Fredrick and you can NOT get to us from there. (Google GPS works best to find us) The lake is "swim at your own risk" as we do not have a life guard on duty. The water edge slopes so you can come out with ease. There is NO FISHING permitted in the pond. Again, there is no lifeguard on duty, dogs swim at the responsibility/risk of their owner. Picnic tables are available near the waters edge and also in the trees next to the pond for shade. On the picnic table we have some floating toys for retrieving and also some sanitary bags if you need any. We are pesticide and fertilizer free, so please make sure you have tick/flea preventative because ticks love the woods! We are not fenced in, so recall is very important. The neighbors do have dogs, some wander so friendliness is important. We have chickens who live in their coop, who will remain safe in their coop during your visit. The property does have an abundance of wild life, including but not limited to deer, turkey, geese, ducks, squirrels and fox, but they do not stay around humans or dogs. Parking is on the lake side driveway near the green sign (see photos) Please note we are often outside enjoying our property as well. If you look at the photos, we typically stay in the “red X” area. If we have guests, our dogs are secured in the house. We can’t wait to see you! Nala is 30lbs and will be shy at first but loves to run and play with other dogs. Maisie is 50 lbs and energetic. Message me if your dog would like a playmate! There is a water spigot on the porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!) POOL USE DETAILS: Pool is available via the “Extras” menu. Be sure to read descriptions for each option and message me with questions. •I also use Swimply for human only pool rental- and I have kids who use the pool. Therefore, there may be times I’ll have to tell you your requested pool use time is not available even if the Sniffspot app shows availability, due to scheduling conflicts that I cannot synch without also blocking my front yard. •The pool is located in the backyard and is fully fenced but the back yard itself is unfenced and is not available for use. •Access the pool from the back walkway from the driveway near the garage. •Enjoy use of the floats and furniture for humans only. •There is a water bowl, a hose you may use, and a shedding brush available. •No bathroom available (though I allow towel dried kid in urgent need! Our home is down a quiet road that ends on a cul de sac, you may park in the driveway or the street. There are 2 available gates on either side of the house. Beyond the gates, you will find a basic family yard. Grass is trimmed. There's a play-set, a welcoming patio, and a few chairs around a fire pit. It's a great space to throw a ball or sit and let your dog explore. We do have neighbor dogs that may say hi at the fence. Message me if you need wifi or have any questions! We have a lovely park for your furry pals to PAWrk their Paws, Wag with the windmill and generally run amok. We have our own doggos and they love our space. Our girlies (2 female Labrador Retrievers) have an electric fence to keep them closer to the house, and if you desire we can extend a collar ($2 each) to you to use while you are on site as we do have our flags up. But only if you feel the need and are confident your furbaby will recognize the flags as the (much smaller) boundary. Our property backs up to our neighbors who almost all have dogs. The fencing is complete where it meets our dog neighbors, but the rest of the area is currently un-fenced, or the fence is not a solid barrier. As we build and grow we will be adding amenities such as a fully fenced play space, gravel parking directly adjacent to the spot, and much more. Perhaps some PAWrkour? A fire pit? We'd love to hear what would interest you the most!

Close to Interstate 70 and U.S. Route 40 between Frederick and Hagerstown. Rural, rustic, partially wooded, farm field like setting. Deer trails and a hill. Creek access. Deer, squirrels, rabbits, wild turkeys may be spotted in addition to a panoramic view of the cattle field across the road. Please pack in water and food and pack out any garbage. Bring camp chairs, if you plan an extended visit. Available dawn to dusk, no lighting. you have Verizon and AT&T, you should have access to phone and tablet capabilities. Come for our glorious sunrises on the creek and sunsets in the fields or just to enjoy the day exploring the fields and creek. The dog area starts past the broken black fence behind the house and goes down through the fields and into the woods. I would appreciate it if you would kindly please keep the dogs leashes and wait until you are past the broken fence to allow your dog to do any business. If your dog is under control or if the horses are not out, you can let them loose right after the broken fence. If you think your dog might be nutty with the horses, please take appropriate measures. To get to the creek, go past the broken fence and keep going down the hill to the back tree line. I have included a map in the pictures. And then just keep walking; it’s about five minutes from the house to the trailhead. We have set out fluorescent yellow markers on the trees on the back tree line as you approach the trail. We also put up a blue sign that says “To The Creek” at the trail head. Once in the woods, walk down the steep hill and take the trail to the right at the bottom of the hill, before the little ravine. That trail will take you out to a spot where your dog can splash around and I’ve cut a few trails to explore back there. If you go to the red barn, you’ve gone too far. The trail is right at the base of the hill. We are looking forward to having you and please reach out if you need anything special or want to chat before coming.

Complete freedom to roam on 30 acres with a bonus that our land is surrounded by another 200+ acres of electric company owned land with no roads, no cars, no neighbors… just grass and forest. We have a Google Earth picture roughly showing the property lines and the driveway for you to use while exploring. We ask that you please stay out of the treeline to the right of the driveway as you drive up the hill It's the neighbor's property and it's marked by no trespassing signs. There is no house on the property. Just a camper and a shed. Park anywhere on the road or at the big circle at the top (near the farm office.) We have wifi near the brown shed at the top of the road. Wifi: HSH Password: HardStruggleHomestead Be forewarned that our land is on the side of a mountain so the walk up the driveway will be on a slow incline. Your dogs will be tired after this trip, we promise. As of April 1st there are no animals or livestock on site except for a few bee hives on the property. Most often, the owner is not on site but may do some maintenance time to time. If you see him, he will wave hello… Rest assured he will not approach your dogs unless you approach him. We understand reactive dogs.

Our spot is the best of both worlds. We have a 1/4 acre fenced in with a hammock, outdoor couch and trampoline (dog friendly of course), inside of the fenced area there is a water house with water bowl! This fence is also small dog friendly with zero escape points. Our larger area which is partially fenced in the back is surrounded by 60 acres of forest and corn fields. One acre is maintained for great viability and the other has tall grass for your pups that love frolicking! You can find a large sitting area with tons shade, a tree swing, a picnic area, pool which can be used for small to medium dogs (under 30lbs) and fire pit area that is available to use! You will also find sprinklers, a hose and water bowl for use as well and of course tons of amazing smells and lots of wildlife. We also have a peach tree, wild strawberries, raspberries and blueberries that when in season is available for picking as well! The best part, none of the neighbors have dogs! So if your pup needs extra peace and quiet or just has a hard time with other animals, this is your place! If you have any questions or need anything please feel free to reach out.

I live in a quiet neighborhood. My yard is fully fenced in with a shed out back to provide shade on those hot days. Your dog can run and play to their hearts content. Safely. There are chairs out back for you to relax and hang out. I have limited parking, but there is off street parking. A driveway along with a small nook out front.

20 acres of fenced and partially fenced, lots of wooded areas, 2 creeks, explore from ridge to ridge and to the back year round creek. Not too big or deep, but a nice place to cool off and wade around after a great walk. Lots of wildlife to possibly see, an old barn and a lean too full of smells. There's an old road the length of the property and a meadowed valley as well. Wifi and we'll water available.
